Unexpected type of breakfast - you never know in which place. Buffet breakfast was really OK, food was good, you may feel free. Served breakfast was disaster - consuming a lot of time, harming your plans.

There are currently huge works taking place directly in front of the hotel, so the views are affected by the works and there was quite a bit of noise that started early in the morning and lasted until early evening. I think this is something that we should have been warned about on the hotel website to set proper expectations. Also, the elevator broke while we were there and wasn´t fixed within a reasonable amount of time. Neither of these issues was a huge deal and we had a great stay, but just small notes that the hotel management may want to keep in mind.

Gorgeous room! Perfect location right in the centre of Andorra la Vella. The jacuzzi and shower in the room were amazing and the room itself was huge. Bed was also really comfortable.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find however that may be due to all the construction in the area. Parking was not available at the hotel as it was full.

The room was big and spacious. The bathroom as well was spacious with a spa bath and excellent shower. A nice location right close to the middle of the city.

Everything was outstanding. We had a great week out. Food is excellent,service and staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel and looking forward to come bake again.

The room was very warm, AC only heats but cannot cool. We were advised to open all windows, but the road was very load during night and especially early mornings when the construction workers start (new building constructed next door). You have to pay for parking (30 euro). For me that was unclear when booking the place. It is stated in the hotel’s conditions, but could be stated more clearly. The hotel is more a business hotel and misses a bit of love.

Rooms are extremely big. Never stayed in a standard room that is that big. Beautiful bathroom, very comfortable and big bed!!

The breakfast unfortunately wasn't great, not a lot of variety and expensive for what's on offer and construction going on outside in the morning, but this is beyond the control of the hotel and wouldn't put me off staying there again.

Absolutely stunning room, lovely helpful staff, one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in and look forward to staying again sometime in the future.

There is nothing i did not like about this hotel. Everything is very good and very high quality.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I loved the aesthetic, the furnitures. This hotel is definitely one with taste. The staff are absolutely so caring and welcoming, i had an issue with a completely other hotel and complained to the receptionist and he emailed the supervisor of the different hotel to make things easier for me.

Asking for an invoice, staff were not aware that the Hotel needs to issue it. Telling me that I need to get it from Booking.com, as this is where I made my payment. Only after proving them wrong utilizing the help from Booking.com they made an effort. Took up my time, that I was not prepared to spend on having to prove my point. On the good side, I finally received my invoice, which I require for work purposes, from the management company by mail!

Smell horrible in the room like chemical flavouring and even if you will open window it's not working at all. Towel was with spot, no free water, not slippers.

Jacuzzi was super good, shower is good too. And some staff were nice. Clean and big room.
