We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room was outdated. No cattle to boil water. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. The restaurant was closed during our stay. No shops in walking distance. No lift in the building.Be prepared to climb stairs up to 3rd floor. Extremely weak WiFi signal in our room (N17, third floor) which kept coming off constantly. The person who checked us in spoke very little English and we did not speak Spanish.Assume this was the reason for not feeling very welcome.
The location was excellent. 15 min away from the capital, 20 min to the National Park by car. We loved their rule about quite time 21:00 till 9:00 a.m. Having terrace was a MASSIVE bonus. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The price was fair.

Beautiful location in the mountains, near to the horse riding stables at L’Aldosa. Very calm & peaceful location with a regular free shuttle bus down to the gondola. Warm, private, comfortable and very clean room with a fridge, kettle, wi-fi & en-suite; microwave & washing machine also available. Very helpful & friendly hotel owner. I loved it! The extra touches were all there - cups for a coffee, towels, hand wash, shampoo, towels, toilet roll etc.

BrazilBe aware for SAFETY REASON! First, a gentleman received us for check-in and was already rude on our greetings. During the same night, when we actually need his help, my husband went downstairs to ask for him and for his surprise, found that same gentleman COMPLETELY DRUNK! He couldn’t even walk straight, and was EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE. His dog was there also, a big husky, and he ordered to the dog: “ataque este bolud*” - which means: “ATTACK THIS AS**HOLE!” Luck him, the dog didn’t. And just to make clear: the owner is the problem, not the dog. After that, we didn’t feel safe at all at this hotel. Import to state that the reception was never open, you are just left at the hotel the whole time with this men right next to you, and the only thing “protecting” you is a old door with a questionable lock.
The location is good, it is a nice village near by the Pal station/lift. The room was spacious and had a very nice balcony. There is free public parking very near by. The price for the night is well set, a good value for money, considering the region’s high season.

The staff were nice and friendly. I highly recommend eating at their restaurant as the meal I had was delicious. My room was so cozy, clean, and rustic. I had a nice view of the mountains. Would stay here again if I had the choice.

United KingdomSome kind of transport was necessary to get to the nearest restaurant....If it was listed as no bar and no restaurant then the booking would never have been selected...arriving at site after an 8 hour drive expecting some kind of refreshment/meal to find the place closed and unattended was a real disappointment. If we ever visit Andorra again it would not be at this place
