The spiral down to the underground parking was very tight. I would not recommend trying to enter if you have a somewhat larger car. We had a medium sized car and I had to back up and go forward more than a couple of times.

The reception was very pleasant and helpful. I was able to get a drink somewhat late at the restaurant bar. The breakfast was good; I believe it was included. Room was modern with quality materials and fixtures.

The price for parking was very high. We have a van that didn't fit in the hotel parking, at 21 euro a day. The street parking was 21 euro a day also. If you could get a space.

Really like this hotel. Like the rooms, friendly staff, great location. Like the irish bar.

The twin room had 2 single beds but they were touching, so it wasn't really ideal if you weren't in a relationship with the person you were staying with. It was almost like sharing a bed!

The range of gluten free breakfast options was incredible, very impressed. The bar downstairs had a great atmosphere and the pool table was a bonus. All of the staff were very helpful.

No free parking around the hotel. You have to pay for the one from the hotel and It's quite uncomfortable, I was scared to drive my car in it.

The location is amazing ! Window view to the mountains, clean room, and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good !

My room was next to the cleaning cupboard so the door would bang from quite early on in the morning which is pretty noisy. I think the breakfast is pretty expensive at €11 when you can pop to a coffee shop next door for €3-4

Location is great. Room size & facilities are really good. Nice comfortable bed & good bathroom. The lap pool, sauna & steam room are a nice little bonus.

My room was on the side of the (only) road through town direction other towns = busy and noisy. I couldn't open the windows which I normally do. With closed window the noise was better to manage.

Nothing really. If being picky, the tea was very weak. Some decent breakfast tea bags for the English guests would be preferable but not a massive deal.

Every member of staff we encountered were excellent and so friendly. It was an exceptionally busy time but they all just kept smiling and doing everything they could to make our stay perfect. The bed was made every day, the room tidied and towels folded. The food was really good. Probably best buffet style food I've experienced and certainly great value. The rooms and beds were comfortable, bar prices reasonable. All in all an excellent stay, perfect location.

The smell on the 5th floor from the spa. Breakfast is not interesting, on the second day you do not want to eat.

Huge rooms, storage for bikes. Place to clean bikes and repair. You can take bike to your hotel room with no problem. 3 min form ski-lifts.

It's Ok and the location is perfect, but for the price it should work better, my fridge never work properly, I never had soap at the bath, small details to take in count... The staff is amazing!

Well I guess very many have spend nights in the hotel, room 607 had already very worn mattress that was disturbing a good night sleep.

Cyclist friendly hotel, no problem with bikes in the room. Super breakfast to start the day. Very good location in La Massana.

The only thing was that the room was very hot when we arrived. there was an A/C unit in there but I couldn’t get it to work. I was too exhausted to go ask for help though so it could’ve been an easy fix

Everything was very nice and the front desk staff were very helpful!! The bed was comfortable and they even left a doggy goodie bag in the room when I said I would have my dog with me!
