It was a disappointment to not be able to buy a glass of wine in the hotel bar. What’s the point in having a bar and not serving drinks?

The only thing that stopped it getting a 10, no kettle in the room, but then the coffee downstairs is only €1.50 and far better than anything I would make!

The staff were some of the best I have encountered anywhere, so friendly and helpful and seemed really proud of their hotel. The bed was perfect for me, not too hard, not too soft and the room spotlessly clean. The location is good and though up a hill (it's Andorra) it really is only about 15mins from the centre and there is a bus stop just a couple of minutes away.

We stayed in the room above the garage, could hear the gate moving. As well could hear the conversations guests in the room next to ours. Hard to get the spot to park if the hotel run out of it.

The location was a little away from the central area which created a walk uphill. This is actually a bonus for us as we love to walk after dinner. The staff were the highlight of our stay and we can’t complain about any of the facilities. However they were so welcoming and helpful,, particularly as we only speak English.

It's a very small point, but tea and coffee facilities within the room would have been lovely - albeit you can order coffee downstairs in the small cafe area.

Friendly and helpful staff. It rained heavily for a couple of days but thankfully there were umbrellas available for free use. Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean.

A bit old furniture, the sockets are in the bed very close to the head, the sockets are not enough, no slippers

The water wasn't draining well. We spent three days in a hotel, and the towels weren't changed.

Unfortunately there was no parking space left when I arrived and I had to drive around town for about half an hour before I finally ended up parking in one of the paying public parking lots suggested by the hotel receptionist. Luckily there is one parking space in front of the hotel which is very helpful to unload your luggage when checking in, but you need to move your car to free up the space for the next guest.

The location is great and you can easily walk to and from the city center, even late at night. It is very safe. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the room upgrade since I arrived quite late and that's all that was available, very easy check-in and check-out. The receptionist gave me great suggestions for parking as it is a rare commodity in Andorra. I didn't have breakfast due to lack of time, but it looked lovely.
