We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FinlandGreat experience. Room was as pictured. Staff was awsome. Réception clerk very professional and helpfull. Breakfast Staff as well, especially the restaurant Maître d'hotel. Breakfast buffet was just great, food of quality and very good choise. We'll definitely comeback and spend more time. Location is great, in the center of town. The parking is great as the town is kind of challenging to Park. Had a great moment and recommend!

Loved everything ! From check in where we were warmly welcomed by the General Manager and Estafania and offered refreshments . We gratefully accepted the sparkling wine . Upon arrival in our rooms , we had a bottle of sparkling wine , fruit and chocolates awaiting us . Lovely gesture . Rooms big , clean and super king beds very comfortable . Hotel fabulous proximity to the beautiful town of Andorra 🇦🇩. Best value for money so far , having travelled for 6 weeks .

The room was HUUUUGE! I liked the provided soap and shampoo. Usually this small things are not great at the hotels, but here they were really high quality. Also we got a bottle of champagne as a gift and some fruits, that was a nice surprise.

United KingdomThis may be an unfair review because the one time we did have breakfast, there was no buffet out as im assuming there weren't enough people to warrant it. From our experience though, the breakfast was very expensive for the food available. Especially the fact as my partner is a vegan and the vegan options were very limited...other than that no other issues with the stay, it was great and obviously the breakfast is an added extra so it's not like it affected the stay.
Staff were awesome and the cleanliness of the spa, pool, hotel room etc. was top notch. The large smart TV was a bonus, we were able to sign into netflix etc. The value for money is amazing and the location is one of the best available. We were treated with many freebies also. Highly recommended.

United KingdomThis hotel ticked the box in all areas for my three day visit so I have no complaints at all and would happily stop here again. We requested a quite room and it was ideal for a good nights sleep.
A really good hotel providing excellent facilities and an ideal location for any visit to La Vella. Good secure parking supported by very good staff to look after all your needs. Superb free Wi-Fi which is a huge bonus whilst in Andorra.

Hotel and its entirety was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. But most importantly we had driven from Barcelona, and having parking was absolutely paramount. This became even more evident to me when I saw the city of Andorra. The staff was more than accommodating and having a restaurant in the hotel was perfect because once we arrived, we were exhausted.

Good breakfast selection, that was even served directly at our table in the restaurant one morning due to few guests (was there outside of the usually busy peak winter and summer seasons.) All staff we interacted with were very service minded and friendly. Nice detail with fresh fruits and a bottle of cava in the room upon arrival + a complimentary bag with bottled water and a pack of chewing gum received at check-out. Very comfortable beds. Rooms are in good condition. Very good value for the money. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it an extra night. Will absolutely return when I get the chance.

Overall was an exceptional and amazing experience!!!! We had a great time there. Staff were amazing and always tried to help us out in the best way possible. Rooms were big, very comfortable and lots of closets,super clean and a complimentary champagne and chocolate and fruits was a cherry on the top! I'm so grateful I got this hotel. Was a 10 min walk to city center. Hotel food was great too. We mostly ate there as I liked their better than outside restaurants!!! Very accommodating! Thank you for your warm hospitality. Will definitely stay again.
