Beautiful view from the hotel room and a very clean and gorgeous hotel with a lovely outdoor swimming pool. At first we had a room without a mountain view and we really wanted the view and it was so worth it to change! , It was stunning. The receptionist was very accommodating allowing us to change rooms and at a very reasonable price. Beautiful location and met the friendly local cat as well ☺️. The room was so gorgeous and peaceful overlooking everything. I wish we had stayed longer.

The coffee at breakfast needs to be better.& it would appear all milk in Andorra is long life UHT.

This location is excellent other than the long winding road up to it.Silent at night and the day. It sits on a shelf of flat ground high above the valley & town. The bed was exceptionally comfortable although pillows firm. Lovely pool& views. Very friendly staff. Great parking.

Everything was as expected for this price. Nice room with plenty of space. Beautiful mountain view. Plentiful free parking available on site. Cold-food-only breakfast, we tried it on the first morning, but not on the second.

I liked everything about this hotel, the rooms were excellent, the staff were friendly and done everything they could to help me. Breakfast was lovely with an amazing view from the dining room. And there was undercover parking for my motorcycle 🏍

Would have preferred a kettle for hot drinks in the room, but they do have a cafe onsite you can purchase drinks from.

An amazing view to wake up to looking out onto the moutains. Very friendly staff and the room itself was decorated beautifully.

A nice and clean room. Lots of free parking spots, which is VERY RARE in Andorra, which makes it worth 10 mins of extra driving from the main road, and also gives a great view of mountains from the hotel. A great breakfast (8 euro).

Lack of trust when paying my bar bill, it ruined my stay at Coma Bella. I have never experienced anything like it in my years touring Europe. No Aircon

All the staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was varied and delicious for the evening meals and of a local style. Our room on the 1st floor gave us a view over the swimming pool and of the valley opposite so when you woke you were just looking at the sunlit mountains.

Beautiful view in a tranquil location. The hotel is only a couple of km of the main road and there is parking available on site.. The staff were all lovely and made you feel really welcome and relaxed. The bed was very comfortable. The superior double has a magnificent view of the mountains and the standard double has a lovely view of the forest The whole experience was excellent and we would definitely visit again. .

The views were amazing, the customer service was pleasant, the vibe in the hotel and the people in general very nice, and the room itself was a very nice and pleasant smell. The only thing is it's hard to catch a bus. They don't come often,

Wall are too thin so could hear people next door, no air-con but it didn't matter because the window open was fine, no bar snacks expect for crisps, no actual gym just an outdoor assault course. No fridge in the room.

Pool was lovely, views were fantastic, clean hotel, staff tried to speak English and helpful, lovely Pedro Ximenez wine, location is great if you have your own car. Menu del dia was a good option.

It has become the habit of many restaurants, particularly in Spain, to offer deserts which they claim are homemade. They are so obviously not home made and much of the time they are a supplied by one company and you find them offered everywhere you go. A minor complaint in the scheme of things but one which could so easily be remedied. Andorra as a location I think has been spoiled. It has been more than 30 years since my last visit and It seems to me that the beauty of the country has been sacrificed for the economy. I believe it has been over-developed to cater for the winter skiing. Such a shame.

We stayed for two nights at the end of June. The Hotel is located in the most attractive area of Andorra, surrounds by forest. The staff were very keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The restaurant was pleasant and the food prepared in the hotel is excellent. All prices were reasonable. Our stay at this hotel was the highlight of the visit.

The view and the location was superb, it was quiet, the room was clean and the bathroom was fine, the personal was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Indeed some amenities are a bit old, but I don't mind these aspects, because overall I had a great experience.

The staff from the reception is a the wrong job, seem like she's doing a big favor for every request or question. The ping pong rackets and balls are destroyed, and they hold 20 euros for that, pathetic as of anyone would run away with that garbage, same for the swimming tawels. the kids play internal area are left apart, no much attraction for little kids left

The swimming pool area and the chap in the bar are really nice, amazing views to the montains.
