Worst matress ever, I could barely sleep, had to use tiny part of the side not to be in the hole. And this is from a person that can easily sleep everywhere. I didnt mind noise from the street but who has a thin dream could have a problem, because its on the busy street. Rooms doors needs to be fixed because they are banging on every small wind and thats like all night long. Have in mind that hostel is on the opposite side of town if you come from bus terminal, you need to walk around 30min.

Stuff is really helpful and you can enter before check in if there is available space. Also its clean since they do more then once (please dont use so much heavy air sprey, cant breathe after) and you get a towel for free. If you wanna go more north, bus station is 100m from the hostel

Everything was great, but keep in mind it was a 30 minute walk from the bus station (if you’re walking with heavy backpacks)

I booked very last minute and arrived super late; they don’t have 24hr reception, but someone (Juan) was waiting to check me in, explained the rules and cleared any doubts. He even managed to get me the bunk of my choice. The rooftop was also nice.

The kitchens didn't look great and the hostel's location was a good 20 minute (uphill) walk from the bus station.

The fact that I was given a room for two when I didn't want the noisy bed I was offered in a big dorm, since it was next to the window overlooking a main road. (I had the room to myself.) The owner was very kind and helpful.

The hostel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was excellent and really friendly, especially the lady at the reception, she’s the kindest. Well situated and has a really lovely terrasse view. I was solo traveling and felt very safe.

Leaving. I was tired by the time I arrived, so did not relish the slow walk up the hill to get there. It is however very walkable from the bus station and mainly along a pedestrianised route.

The owner/manager runs the hostel extremely well. I liked its eclectic aspects. Plenty of toilets/showers. I loved the roof terrace and the fact there are two spaces to read/eat/chat etc. Other people in the hostel were very friendly. A very enjoyable experience all in all.

There was no elevator. Everything else was good, though.

The staff and owner were great, the bedrooms and bathrooms were good, you could do your laundry free, and the location was within easy walking distance of the city center and next to some bus stops as well. There is also a great coffee shop next door!

A family business ; I was rendered a more than fair experience; the vibe in general is impeccable and was very much to my liking. The owner - Lorena - is more than helpful; going way out of her way to inform you about the area or accommodate your requests. Her colleagues are of the same breed. The facilities are ample & clean; multiple toilets and showers on each floor; lockers in the rooms; fridges for your food. There is even a rooftop terrace next to the washroom&kitchen. There is a shop right next door for your needs and various restaurants in the area - I personally recommend the bar "Serra do Geres" if you are looking for some homemade nutrition before your hike. I am sure that will be returning one day. Again; thank you very much for having me & providing me with a base to recharge. Saludos; Agoston

Bad check-in experience. The receptionists take siesta from 13:00 to 16:00, which is usually the time range when I hope to check into a hostel so that I can use the late afternoon to reconnoiter the city. But what was worse was that I went to the wrong side of the street, found the abandoned Els Anders tourism office and was not able to contact the receptionist--because he was on siesta break. Yes, I should have looked more closely at the other side of the street, but also many factors, including better GPS coordinates, could have alleviated much stress. The first receptionist told me that the washing machines are free. The second receptionist told me that using the machines costs 10 euros--until I mentioned that the other receptionist had said they are free. Then she agreed that they were free. Draw your own conclusions. Anyway, it was quite proper that the laundry machines were free because after having to wait out a 3.5+ hour wash cycle, I put my clothes into a dryer, spun them all night, checking on them several times, and took them out wet in the morning. One receptionist speaks good English. One speaks good Spanish. In general, you'll want to tune up your Spanish before visiting Andorra.

Friendly receptionists. Relaxed atmosphere. Sizable lockers. Not special but a solid traditional hostel with a perfectly good location for exploring the country by bus and for exploring Andorra la Vella by foot.

Great location less than 3 minutes walk from downtown shops, but the best thing about it is would say the warm welcome and the helpfulness of the staff especially Juan he was super friendly and helped me with recommendations and how to get around and the best closest hikes If i go back there one of the reasons is hoping to find the same hospitality I received from Juan

Five stories with no lift so if on 1st floor and wish to use big kitchen you need to go to 5th floor or use very small ground floor kitchen. Common space dining room or outdoor veranda but no other common space These are minor things in a well run central hostel

Friendly and very helpful staff. Two kitchens with good food storage system. Toilets and showers were great and sufficient space to store own belongings, safely if you felt the need. Central location near bus stop and easy walk to centre and to walks into the mountains.
