How does it work?

  • 1

    It starts with a booking

    It starts with a booking

The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

  • 2

    Followed by a trip

    Followed by a trip

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

  • And finally, a review

    And finally, a review

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

  • Grand Millennium Business Bay

    - “Excellent 5-star hotel in Dubai, located in one of the best areas – Business Bay. Perfect if you are coming by car - excellent valet services and ample parking space. All the staff was friendly, attentive, polite and helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The services are great (e.g., We used the laundry service which was reasonably priced and timely, or the reception was always helpful with anything we needed). Hotel itself is new, very modern and tastefully decorated, with large lobby spaces to hangout. Room had a view of the bay and Burj Khalifa. Room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Amenities include chairs, tables, desk, windows with sun blinds, smart TV, powerful air-conditioning, mirror, plenty of closet space with hangers, safe, fridge, tea kettle, tea & coffee, USB charging sockets and lamps on both sides of the bed, great lighting, fast Wi-Fi, iron, shoe horn, hair dryer, and essentials like towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Bed and blankets were large. Mattress was very comfortable (also for people with back problems). Bathroom was spacious, well-designed and clean, with a bathtub, walk-in shower, bidet, toilet and vanity mirror. Breakfast was just delicious, with every variety of food imaginable. Staff was attentive and careful about allergies and special dietary requirements. Hotel has four in-house restaurants and a bar to choose from, all of which are excellent. One of the restaurants has their own sheesha place with excellent sheeshas and service. Hotel has a decent swimming pool with a life guard on duty and a pool-side bar with nice views. Spa (includes jacuzzi, steam, sauna, etc.) was well-maintained and massage services were excellent. In general, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!”

It was a quirky traditional pub situated on a 'y' junction of two roads, the pub being triangular shaped, with aspects onto both roads. The roads were not unduly busy. It was close to the main shopping area and market of Skipton, castle, canal, cinema, bus and Train stations all in easy walking distances. All staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast available from 6am-9am. Good menu options. And all good quality. Comfortable beds, en-suite.

    • Negative section of review

No parking with pub, but managed to find free roadside parking close by.

Location was fantastic. Right beside Oxford St and close to lots of amenities. Beside underground station. Very easy to find way to Hotel by train from Stansted Airport and Underground. This hotel had been recommended on a few different websites but said rooms were small but basic. Hotel is being renovated but not sure if room sizes will change. Rooms were kept very clean. Very comfortable bed. Staff were nice and helpful.

Rooms were very small, you literally couldn't swing a cat. Had paid extra for the bigger room but very disappointed with the size. Fine for a night but not a few nights. Room was very hot first night so left window open but wasn't noisy. Had a leak in radiator in bathroom but was sorted when we returned that night. Very disappointed with breakfast on first morning, paid £52 for 4 people and went for breakfast at 9.15 and everything I looked for was gone. Was told no more pastries left. Looked for fried eggs and told would have to wait 10/15 mins but none arrived before we left. Didn't pay for any other days. Went for Crepes at front of hotel next morning, expensive but fabulous. Third day was McDonald's around the corner. First trip to London but would probably choose a different hotel next time due to room size and lack of breakfast options left.

The room is spacious and very clean. I like it very much. The hotel is very warm and has a good smell once you walked into the lobby. The food of breakfast is not too many but is very fresh and sufficient. I like the hotel very much. I will definitely stay it again if I come again to Edinburgh.

The room was really nice with a great view. The staff was friendly, it was a clean hotel. The bed was so comfortable, The pool was lovely with the option of using an outdoor hot tub.the town was a short walk as well as the beach.

Sauna and steam room were not working, Due to maintenance. There was no food available at the hotel again this was down to renovations. It would have been nice for them to do local options ie places to eat or local takeaway menus.. They could also do with new pool balls as there was a miss match. This was the only down side,. But we did booked an extra night there as we were very happy with the room x

The location is perfect, right in deansgate near so many thing to do. I love the design, as it’s something that’s simple, easy to keep clean.

    • Negative section of review

Hot water facilities. The staff were amazing, and filled a hot water bottle down at the bar, but because hot coffee facilities aren’t in the room, it can be a pain having to leave the room for a hot drink, or needing hot water.
