The site is great . lovely view out of the front window of the sea. It was great we didn't have to take bedding and towels.we walked into withersea which took about 45 minutes.we where told there was a bus that's takes you withersea if did not want to walk .the static caravan was very clean and modern with everything you need.they also left a goody basket which was a lovely touch .

Friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. An excellent choice of food at breakfast, happy to adapt the full English to whatever you asked for. We had a lovely big room at the front overlooking the harbour, with a perfect view of the Spinnaker Tower and HMS Warrior. Perfect walking distance to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Old Portsmouth, shops and restaurants.

We can't think of anything we didn't like. Only slight negative was that some of the shower jets must have been blocked as you had to move around a bit to get a full stream of water, but not a big problem.

It looked like the room had been cleaned in a very unsatisfactory way. Plenty of hair on the floor and on the walls in the shower room. It's basic accommodation and that's ok for the price but the cleaning standards need to be boosted substantially.
