Nothing, I have booked lots of trips with yourselves and have never seen any hotel in such a mess and the smell of mould. I'm absolutely disgusted that we had to pay for this, booking.com should at least offer some compensation.

Rooms were disgusting toilet bowl full of limescale, stains all over the carpet and walls, and whole place smelt of damp and mould none of the rooms were like those advertised and unfortunately we had no other choice than to stay as all the family were staying there to attend a family wedding nearby. Would never stay again or recommend it to anyone.

No breakfast, it was a suite. The location was very handy to train, bus and shops. The place was clean and spacious, but.......

Turned on the kitchen sink tap and an immediate flood in the under sink cupboard out onto our feet. The plumbing had not been connected. Parts were missing. The shower had no hot water no matter how long we ran it. The toilet tank dripped continuously onto the floor. It turned out that we were the first guests after 'renovation' and none of the plumbing was functional. When the host was alerted he got a plumber who fixed the sink and jerry-rigged the shower so that there was hot water. Still another plumber came to fix the toilet tank. Meanwhile, one day of our holiday was pretty well lost to the front door malfunctioning. Someone had to be inside to let the other one in, also the guests in other flats. Then that was fixed. It appeared that our host was the owner of many (or all?) of the flats in the building. He generously offered to refund half our rental fee. But we have not seen the money and a month has gone by, hence this negative report.

Disappointed with breakfast arrangements on this occasion. As a less mobile guest the walk to new dining room in rain was arduous and inconvenient. The hot portions of breakfast were for the most part, cold or Luke warm, not very appetising. Such a shame
