Apartment modern, spotlessly clean & quiet. Close to the Quay and numerous restaurants and bars. Whilst we didn't see the owners the information we received regarding directions, parking and entrance codes was easy to follow. Daily check up emails to make sure we were ok. Would recommend and will return

Very well furnished, nice decor, clean and very quiet in bedrooms. Well equipped. Prompt response to queries by host, Steve. Warm. Comfy beds. Great for younger agile customers. Interesting cottage and location - near to great countryside.

Bathroom on ground floor and long way from bedrooms. Steep stairs with extra large bottom step - but no grab handle. Uneven levels going to dining room - again no grab handle. So not so suitable for oldies with dodgy knees who get up once or twice a night! Also, parking was a challenge if returning in evening.

Loved the location, although if you want a kebab after a night of drinking. Tough luck!! The staff are lovely and always accommodating. The rooms are clean and omg the power shower 🚿 - I could have stayed in their forever.

I didn't like the drilling outside my room on the landing @ 9/10 am when I was already hungover. Could have done without it but the breakfast was amazing with coffee re-fills.

Breakfast was excellent in an attractive room. The room was well equipped with refreshments. The hosts were very friendly. The view from the room was fine overlooking open countryside.

The room was small with no desk or chair(s). It would be claustrophobic if staying for longer than 1 night. There was no soap for washing (there was shampoo and conditioner).

We ate in the brasserie both nights which was fine but the waste bin in the ladies toilet hadn't been emptied from the weekend when I went in on the Monday and still not emptied on the Tuesday making me surmise that no one had cleaned or checked the facilities since before the weekend. Other than that no complaints.

Location is great and quiet. It was easy to get into the building and into the flat with a key code. The place is spacious in general.

"Luxury" in the description is inaccurate. The photos may be too old because they don't match the actual status of the flat. The bedrooms look old: the bedsheets, the heaters, the blinders. There was no hand soap in the main bathroom. I only stayed one night so there was no point calling the host to bring me a hand soap... but that's such a basic thing that cannot be missing. It may be good for a longer stay when you are bringing your own products, but not for a short stay.

Overall very good with no complaints... If I was being picky the room could do with minor maintenance, I. E. Touch of paint etc I would class it as used but still the rooms are more than adequate and nice and cosy and it really isn't an issue at all. Just giving an honest review.

My mum had a garden room which was decorated lovely. However, she was told the tv wasn’t working but would be fixed the next morning. Well the Engineers came but couldn’t fix it so my mum had no tv all weekend She said the water was cold too

The bed was very hard . See through bathroom - the glass was the wrong way round - could see into the bathroom from outside but inside the bathroom,you couldn't see out !!

Hairdryer broken and replacement not much better. Staying in an upgraded room and would expect a more expensive and working item
