It is very lovely location and clean attractive property The staff is really lovely We love Anar and Rose. The rest of the team are very supportive. Easily walk to beach and nice view from the hotel.

All restaurants are close around 9pm in this hotel and nearest. It is really hard to find convenient store nearest to buy snack. Iron needs to be in room.

There's plenty of room and a great big garden and it's really convenient to town it's all and all a clean and tidy getaway perfect for exploring and relaxing.

Basically the neighbours are a bit of a nightmare but suppose you can't do much about that, the only one criticism I would have is the sofa is well past it's sell buy date there's no comfort sitting on it at all apart from that everything was great.

Everything about our stay was perfect. We received great communication from the hosts throughout the whole process and would definitely book to stay again.

The directions were great, however it would maybe be easier if they were bullet pointed rather than a paragraph. That is my only point to make it a better experience.

Not much. Out dated decor, no elevator, it was like a rabbit warren.

Everything. Unfortunately, the power went out the night we arrived and wasn't restored by the time we left. We appreciate this was beyond staffs control, but we were not offered any compensation. The shower was cold, couldn't get a hot drink, couldn't charge our phones, which were a travellers lifeline, and most concerning, there was no auxiliary lighting for the pitch black stairway. I had to ask if I could have a juice in the morning. Our stay was a spur of the moment booking, so it's probably my fault for not doing more research.

The whole place needs to be redecorated. Lovely old building but really needs brightening up. Extension lead for the bedroom side lights! Is that safe? Shower controls not clear, top dial did nothing , lower dial temperamental Also need a slip mat or equivalent in the bath.

The bed was old and the frame creaked. The mattress sagged in the middle. Only one chair in the room and set up for a single occupant as only one bath towel provided. The tv remote didn’t work properly and couldn’t turn off the TV; reported issue to reception who later advised they’d replaced the remote but it still wasn’t working properly. Food in the restaurant was ok but basic pub food and exp. Gordon Ramsay, Best Western at Sheffield needs you.
