      The waitress at breakfast was a delight, Very pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately some of the breakfast was dry due to being overcooked or left to one side, which spoiled the experience. There weren't any Decaf tea bags in the room but the receptionist found some for me in the onsite bar. We felt a little let down that the on site bar didn't do any food in the evening apart from pizza, which meant that we had to go further afield for something to eat.

      I stayed at the hotel as I was taking part in the London Marathon. I was extremely shocked to find out on arrival they would not be serving breakfast before 8, and there was no porridge on offer. Because most of the guest were heading to the marathon starting point early, we were offered a token gesture of a banana, apple and energy bar. Totally not substantial for the marathon.

      Great location in a wider city centre in a walking distance from the Tower bridge! We had some improvement ideas, every request was appropriatelly handeled in a timely manner.

      Small room, designed well, nice feel & multiple lovely features including coffee machine. The staff were helpful. Excellent location and has value for money there.

      Their payment card machine functionality wasn’t right I suppose resulted in them proceeding to deactivate my room key. Strange indeed as my account was charged but promised invoice never arrived. I suppose happens but rare indeed. Overall reception lady was very helpful but other staff made me uncomfortable such as letting me into the room with a form of emergency entry without issuing functional key-card all felt not right indeed especially as at the same time similar happened to other guests perhaps the system might function linking key-cards I suppose.
