The apartment far exceeded our expectations and we can’t think of enough superlatives to do it justice. It’s super stylish, brand new and directly opposite the beautiful Tolcarne Beach with a sea view from the private balcony. The owner, Josh, has thought about everything from luxury bathrobes and slippers to a high end welcome hamper. Josh even left a large bed and bowls for our dog who made herself at home straightaway! We’ve stayed in many 5 star apartments over the years but we were far more impressed by this one than any other. We also loved the fact that the owner doesn’t profiteer by charging high rental costs which is very refreshing.

We had a night away from the kids and The Blazing Donkey was perfect for it, accomodation was perfect, Breakfast was delicious and the staff were polite, funny and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend it to anyone for a cheeky night off from the kids or for a venue for family gatherings etc really, I can't speak highly enough of this place, Sandra is a wonderful hostess she's on the ball and very welcoming and really takes the time to give you alot of attention without being over the top. Thank you guys for a great stay we will definitely be back!

No one answers emails or messages from the company that manages it. Double bed very uncomfortable and has a waterproof mattress protector on that makes it sweaty!! Thermostat only comes on if you crank it up to 28 degrees!!
