We had a wonderful stay. Every member of staff we engaged with was welcoming, friendly and professional. The service at the bar, at breakfast and at dinner was excellent. The food at dinner and breakfast was outstanding and of a high quality - a real treat. Room was well prepared and clean and comfortable with beautiful views.

Nothing - maybe menus in the rooms so that we could have an idea in advance of what was available. Having said that the service was efficient and at no time did we feel like we were being kept waiting.

Omg! The facilities and the rooms and the whole hotel is so modern and so classy. I fell in love with my partner all over again because of this hotel. We had a birthday getaway and it was the most romantic place to pick. Its also a great location in a posh area. So nice.

Their restaurant food is horrible. They need to upgrade their menu especially if they will be serving sea food. Gosh it almost ruined my birthday dinner but the staff was amazing. I loved the customer service and the restaurant manager was such a lovely man. He saved the day.

Double bed was 2 singles side by side made up as a double so uncomfortable and difficult to sooon. No shampoo just generic body wash . No orange juice for breakfast just Apple juice and a murky orange mixture. I know logistically this would be difficult but a shame it wasn’t possible to order 2 courses for meal at a cheaper rate or have a cheaper price for breakfast if only consuming cereal. Wanted to leave a generous tip but only cash was acceptable so we didn’t have much to leave

The non smoking room stank like an ash tray, the noise from the pallet company next door began early. There was no aircon so you had no choice but open the window to keep cool. Breakfast was a fight every morning, too many in a very small area. An awful experience and one to never repeat.
