Wonderful, pleasant and helpful staff, friendly atmosphere. Guests are from all age categories and it was always easy to start a small talk with them. :) USB charging stations everywhere. Very good WiFi. Useful kitchen. Really close to underground station (about 3 mins by foot). Lot of small shops close by (pharmacy, Tesco Express, Post Office, some fast foods, even Starbucks).

A small maintenance could be made - some shelves repairs at bathrooms. Put some additional toilet paper at toilets when the main one runs out :)

I was made very welcome, staff team friendly, professional, and made booking in and out very easy. I stayed for 2 nights and on second evening was not feeling to well, the staff were so helpful, bought me a light meal up to my room. Cannot fault the breakfast and again morning staff the 2 ladies prepared and presented a tasty plate of food.

The location was brilliant it was half way between everywhere we wanted to go and the information pack was really useful for if we wanted to do anything else in the area. It was really helpful to have free parking as it meant sometimes if where we wanted was close by we could get a taxi instead of me taking the car so I could enjoy the day.

It was a little dirty in the apartment, with splashed on the wall and a few toe nail clippings on the floor that were not from us but we looked past all that! The front room could benefit from maybe a little ottoman or footstool so you can out your feet up while watching TV at night but otherwise we really enjoyed out stay!

Quaint sea side town with nothing much there other than original historic buildings. It has lots of historical place's to visit including 3 castles nearby and museums dotted around..Good old pubs, great sea food and a nice atmosphere.

Proximity to airport. Room was clean and pleasant. The male who checked us in was very welcoming and helpful.

Nowhere to hang clothes in the room. There were hooks on the door but a couple of hangers would have been good. The 2 boys who were left serving behind the bar were just OK. Not many service skills. Seemed more interested in returning to their conversation. Told us they didn't do bread with the soup. A lack of training, obviously .

Our room (5) was just under the restaurant so lots of steps above. Area was not the best with loads of junkies in the park in front. Breakfast was pretty poor and not very fresh.
