    It starts with a booking

    It starts with a booking

The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

  • And finally, a review

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

  • Grand Millennium Business Bay

    - “Excellent 5-star hotel in Dubai, located in one of the best areas – Business Bay. Perfect if you are coming by car - excellent valet services and ample parking space. All the staff was friendly, attentive, polite and helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The services are great (e.g., We used the laundry service which was reasonably priced and timely, or the reception was always helpful with anything we needed). Hotel itself is new, very modern and tastefully decorated, with large lobby spaces to hangout. Room had a view of the bay and Burj Khalifa. Room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Amenities include chairs, tables, desk, windows with sun blinds, smart TV, powerful air-conditioning, mirror, plenty of closet space with hangers, safe, fridge, tea kettle, tea & coffee, USB charging sockets and lamps on both sides of the bed, great lighting, fast Wi-Fi, iron, shoe horn, hair dryer, and essentials like towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Bed and blankets were large. Mattress was very comfortable (also for people with back problems). Bathroom was spacious, well-designed and clean, with a bathtub, walk-in shower, bidet, toilet and vanity mirror. Breakfast was just delicious, with every variety of food imaginable. Staff was attentive and careful about allergies and special dietary requirements. Hotel has four in-house restaurants and a bar to choose from, all of which are excellent. One of the restaurants has their own sheesha place with excellent sheeshas and service. Hotel has a decent swimming pool with a life guard on duty and a pool-side bar with nice views. Spa (includes jacuzzi, steam, sauna, etc.) was well-maintained and massage services were excellent. In general, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!”

Staff really friendly and helpful. Although busy they took the trouble to show me how things work. This listed building is thoughtfully restored. My room had medieval painting revealed behind glass. I liked using my room key to enter the pub from the accommodation area so I could enjoy the atmosphere and tea, coffee, hot chocolate and reasonable priced food and drink.

Good location, walking disstance from the city centre. Supermarket and garden nearby. Historical building with feature. We were allowed to store our luggage in the provided place for free (altough the website said this service was not provided). Nice and helpful staff to solve the cooker problem in a timely manner.

Our room faces the main street with quite heavy traffic. The window was single layer. We struggled to sleep in the first night due to the noice of traffic outside. The eletric cooker did not work initially so we could not make our breakfast using the food we bought.

Great location for visiting Alton Towers without the hefty price tag. Cosy and quiet little home and great communication from host. I appreciated having things like tea/sugar/milk and toilet roll already there plus all the utensils for whatever you may need to cook.

Nothing much to add…. Personal preference, but house a little tired looking inside and could do with a little TLC but it was mentioned the place is due a revamp. Ample space for people to sleep but single bed in bedroom needs replacing as springs are nearly through the mattress. Not much of a garden if that’s what you’re looking for - just tiny terrace out back door.

Great proximity right next to the tube station making it easy to get around. Beds were very comfortable. Noise really isn't that loud considering it's opposite a hospital.

    • Negative section of review

Rooms are a little too claustrophobic (although expected to be quite small in London), the TV covers half the mirror making it very difficult to use the mirror.

The double bed was on the small side, as was the TV in the bedroom. There were maintenance issues that need to be addressed, which have been communicated to the management team.

A little bit smaller than expected. Not really big enough for 4 adults and 2 children. Not enough cupboard space in kitchen. No hooks for wet coats and very few coat hangers.

The room we were originally given hadn’t been cleaned properly - there were bits of rubbish left on the sink , the previous occupiers had left some belongings which were still in the room. The receptionist was lovely and allowed us to move rooms which was an upgrade anyway. The spa within the hotel is impossible to get hold of on the phone - we managed to just turn up and the receptionist there allowed us to have the 2 hours there and didn’t limit us as the timing issue was not our fault.
