A characterful cosy property in an excellent location with on site parking. Communication before & during our stay was good & we were made to feel very welcome on arrival by the cheerful receptionist. Room was nice with a comfy bed. Coffee & tea facilities good with milk & orange juice in fridge & could easily be replenished if required. Delivery of warm croissants & yoghurt for breakfast was a nice touch.

Great looking hotel, very bright, warm and stylish. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The highlight was the bed and the surround around the TV. The ed was electric so we could extend the bed with a press of a button. The surround around the TV had led lights that you can change colour. It gave a different look to the room and made it more interactive

Muhammad the property manager was excellent in every respect. The property location is superb- public transport, restaurants, supermarket literally outside the door. Good size property. Everything we needed was in the property

A bit noisy - traffic noise - but it’s London so what would one expect! Some aspects need an update - eg bed in one room was very soft - but minor issues really

As a single female the staff made me feel very welcome and opened up the restaurant even though I had a bar meal. I did not feel intimidated at all. My room was of a great size and I slept remarkably well.

Only one out of three lifts servicing Some reception staff including night duty manager were unfamiliar with special breakfast offer when guest join their program & charged £22 instead of £5 as offered & was trying to convince the special is for my next stay Lucky the proper day manager was more up to date, was aware of their staff mistakes & wrong advice & reversed the charges

Cleanliness was a bit of an issue. Previous guest’s food left in the fridge. Glasses and crockery dirty and dull of soap residue.
