In general, the hotel offers a good experience. It's clean, cozy and conveniently situated. While it doesn't boast any extraordinary features, given its three-star rating, our expectations weren't overly high. Still, considering its classification, it is certainly a good value for money. It's a short walk to subway stations and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Rooms are pleasant and tidy. The bed is really comfortable and the staff are friendly and accommodating. All in all, we had a satisfying stay.

Even though it's unrelated to the hotel itself, we were hoping it would be situated closer to tube stations. Additionally, we anticipated finding a mini fridge in the room, as is usually the case, but disappointingly, there isn't one. Moreover, we observed the lack of AC. While it was pretty cold during our stay, we couldn't help but think about the potential discomfort this could cause during hotter times of the year.

This hotel is very customer friendly - they understand what going the extra mile means. No fake smiles but staff sincerely interested if you need anything. Lovely room with fresh fruit and even flowers. Breakfast really nice. Location perfect (bus/underground). Loved it as it felt like home.

Pre booking details weren't correct. Staff on arrival were insistent that pre booking information was not correct. And didn't want to do anything to rectify it when I raised it. General Hotel decor was tired. Room was very tired. Mould around bath/shower, fittings broken, carpet stained. Generally felt unclean. Very expensive for the facilities and standard offered.
