Stayed for the weekend with a big group of people. We got a very warm welcoming from the hosts, they were very friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely, had everything you needed, we didn’t stay in the room much as we had a busy weekend so was just perfect for our purpose. Little touches were great, like cookies and different brands of tea, enough milk and sugar, two big waters in the mini fridge, a mini fan for when the room got too hot, plenty coat hangers in the wardrobe etc. The room was spotless! Bathroom clean! The honesty bar downstairs was fantastic, it was fun pouring your own pints, the lounge was large and felt homely, with board game and tbh he to play. Well worth the money, would most definitely stay again if I go to Blackpool again!

The only downside was the rooms were small-ish, but didn’t affect us as we didn’t spend much time in the rooms, they still had everything you need in the rooms and enough storage space for your things, so wasn’t an issue and the size of the rooms can’t be helped. I was in room 6 and the bathroom had a strong smell of cigarettes, that was the only negative.

The room was amazing, one of the newly refurbished ones. Very comfy bed, spotlessly cleaned, very good. I have only rated overall a 7 because of the refurb, as the hallways, stairs and reception are currently very poor, but don’t let that fool you. I would give the room itself a 9, the whole place will be lovely when completed.

Obviously the refurb, and dirtiness in the work area which currently include the hallways on the lower levels and reception. But to be fair this was all explained in a message when booking with the option of free cancel if you didnt fancy it.

Designed for Bikers - but good for everyone. Staff very focused on guest enjoyment. Moffat is a nice place too.

Everything, well they rented us a bedroom bathroom unit and had actually closed of bedroom/bathroom and sublet it and tryed to make out we didn't want all three rooms when we asked for part refund they refused, they left exactly 2rolls of toilet papper for 4 days for 5 people .4 pillows for hole unit i had to buy some ,and so much more i could write a book .
