In short - everything was perfect. The host very nice and responsive, the contact with her quick and effective. The house very clean (actually it was probably the cleanest place I have ever seen, even my wife was absolutely impressed :-)) and very well equipped. The beds large and comfortable. The host pays attention to every detail. I was personally captivated by the remote control instuction. I always struggle with those devices and here it was so simply! I really recommend to anyone.

There was nothing I could complain about. Of course, someone could want to stay closer to the beach, but for us the location was perfect - calm and close to everything we needed.

We got an explaining text and videos, so we could check in whenever. It was easy and flexible. The underground was less than 100 meters from the house. We got offered cleaning during our stay. There was soap, hairdryer, ironing board and a lot of other useful stuff.

The room was really cold, and it took almost 2 days to warm It up. (we visited in april). The front door wasn't really soundproof, so every time someone else from the apartment complex was on the stairs we could hear it really loud and clearly, but it was not an excessively annoying factor.

What a wonderful find! A beautiful hotel that's kept so much of its original charm and character. Very friendly staff. Everywhere was beautifully maintained and the bed was very comfortable. A great bonus of free parking.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, and the Endeavour suite we stayed in was fantastic. The staff members were polite and friendly. There was a good selection for breakfast, and the food was lovely and fresh.

Location was very good. Walking distance from Earl's Court tube (District line). Easy links to main sites. Clean room. 24/7 reception area. Front door locks at night: added security.

Room could do with refurbishment. Carpet was thread bare in places and other parts of room need a makeover. Downside is our room was back facing tube line; could be noisy at night.

This is our second visit, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. It was our 2 years anniversary, and Jason kindly gave us a bottle of fizz. Beautiful family business ❤️
