This was a last minute booking for my family to visit Grandad who has now sadly passed away a few days ago, we got to say our goodbyes🙏 Debbie was amazing she contacted me immediately when I requested a place to stay at short notice 😊 This is a beautiful campsite and the accommodation is five star beautifully kept, very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. 💕 Thank you Debbie for the delightful hamper basket we all enjoyed and for the slippers. You made our stay very comfortable it felt like going from home to home 🏡. We will definitely come back and recommend this place 👌 Thank you.

Great hotel location close to restaurants, coffee shops, park, and transportation. During our nine-night stay the apartment was consistently kept to highest standards of cleanness by the very professional hotel personnel (Larisa and Maria). Apartment is more spacious than photos might suggest. Street was unexpectable quiet for a reasonably central location on one of the World's most vibrant city.

Acoustic isolation between the floors could be improved, but overall, our sleep was quite comfortable.

Friendly atmosphere. Great customer service. Great breakfast and carvery. Bed very comfortable. Staff were great, especially Alice. Fairly quiet. Was next to stairs but didn't hear any noise. Felt at home.

Food served from menu was not as advertised on menu as the kitchen had run out of some items. and it was very poor. Very disappointed. Waiting staff did best to sort out. Strong musty and damp smell, especially in accommodation corridors. Room very cramped. One side of bed none of lamps worked. Had to move the lamp from the table.

The prices in the dining room have gone up quite alot since I last stayed there Sept. 22. I paid 19 pound for a cheese pizza which last time I think was only 10-12.

Difficult to get to - unclear instructions, not on the 'hotel-hoppa' service. Eventually got a black cab. Staff not particularly friendly or caring
