You definitelly get more than you pay. The cofee and some fruit were on the house. The hosts are very nice and stylish people, very thougtfull and helpfull. They even offered to drive us from the train station to the property and back. They helped us with everything we needed and they contributted to the general impression of a nice and beautifull atmosphere overall.”

  Close to both terminal 2 and 3. Easy check in, polite and friendly staff. Great hotel room with quality bath products and good choices for breakfast. I’d highly recommend having a drink at the Runway Bar in the afternoon/evening as it’s fascinating watching planes landing and taking off nonstop. Yes, the prices are a little high but you expect to pay premium for a location and view that’s on offer. My flight was leaving from terminal 3 and I made time to do a dummy run from my room to the bad drop area so that there were no surprises the following morning.

  I caught the shuttle bus from term 2.......the driver took me to Radisson Blue. I walked to your Hotel, no problem. The shuttle going back to Heathrow, next day, was O.K. I had a good sleep. Only thing was my Fish and chips was batter & chips......not much fish at all. I did notice others had bigger fish.

  The hotel location is stunning and we had a lakeside view. The reception staff were very kind and well mannered. The room was a good size and had coffee making facitilities and TV

  The shower head was not great to manage, it is one of those that is supposed to sit on the side of a bath to rinse, no t a main shower head. The hotel decor was very tired and dated. There was a constant running water noise close to our room from inside the hotel. The mattress on the single bed in the room was really hard and uncomfortable. The lady in the breakfast room was abrupt, rude and loud, quite discourteous and the breakfast selection was substandard and inadequate.

  The patio doors to the balcony were extremely difficult to open,and another minor matter is there is no coat hook in the room. We have found this to be missing in a number of hotels we have stayed in and we have been puzzled as to why this is ?

  Impressive house well appointed room, lovely grounds, reasonable prices in the restaurant. Ok food. Good breakfast.

  Lots of little niggles. Sink in the bathroom didn’t empty, towel rail didn’t heat up, no shaving mirror in bathroom, vacuum cleaner left in corridor, had to step over debris from baby’s dinner on floor in restaurant to get to our table. Over friendly staff, some excellent, some didn’t seem genuine.
