Excellent support from the owner, location and the view are stunning beautifully well kept stone Cottage. The beds downstairs were amazingly comfy slept so well. Downstairs shower excellent even provided a hair dryer in the bedroom draw. Put milk in the fridge and tea and coffee available to use. Has underfloor heating so it is lovely and toasty all the time

Wi-Fi was a little dodgy maybe due to the Rain or the size of the Cottage stone walls But I managed

Fantastic staff, the gentleman helped carry our bags upstairs. The room was well laid out and there was great heating if you wanted it . Small bathroom but good shower and toiletries. Fantastic value for money and great to get to Spitafields market.

Many areas of the mill are tired including our room....although comfortable. The decor needs refreshing in all areas. During our stay the weather was cool and showery with sleet on one-day. However the three log burners in downstairs areas were not lit. This was a shame as it would have given the setting far more ambience. That is not to say it wasn,t warm but lighting of the fires would have been lovely for guests sitting in the bar area. The Port William down the road had theirs on which was beautiful.

6 bed apartment, but with only 5 chairs in living room and 4 at dining table. Should be 6. Other than that, it was perfect.

We arrived at 15:15 and were allocated a twin room which I hadn’t realised was an option. For £205 a night, a twin room with my husband seems pretty ridiculous. There was no movement from the staff member when I asked if there were any doubles available, she was unpleasant. I am heavily pregnant and had to sleep in a single bed. She stated the rooms are allocated on arrival but the hotel staff member Angela had kindly arranged for some chocolates to be placed in the room which meant it had been allocated earlier. They also talked about the fact we’d used booking.com so it should really state that you get a worse room if you don’t book direct.
