It’s a beautiful hotel with a lovely reception area, restaurant/bar and pool/gym/spa. The room was spacious and well equipped, we also had a lovely view. Our favourite part was definitely the pool, you have to book a slot and get supplied with a towel, robe and slippers which we loved! It was so relaxing and aesthetically pleasing! The location is very central and lots of things within walking distance.

Everything was great, the only thing was that there were no blinds on our room window, only curtains. This let a lot of light in and disturbed our sleep! Good job we wanted to be up early ish anyways.

We managed to book not long before we arrived and we chose it because of the late check in. It was great that the pub was able to accommodate us at such short notice. The staff were really helpful. The breakfast was really good.

The ensuite shower was a bit short for my father but I had seen this mentioned in another review and still booked it. The bar below sounded lively but we slept easily.

It was enough space for my family. White goods were a bonus I particularly liked the kitchen.

It was worn out. Paint was coming off. We were unsure as to how to lock the door. We didn’t feel 100% safe. Parking was a little tricky. The settee was really hard and uncomfortable.
