Everything...so helpful when booking my stay (the day before) I was sent directions with pictures to help me find the accommodation. The room and ensuite were spotless. WiFi connection was seamless and very reliable. Super comfy bed, felt very cozy...just what I needed after working a long day. The breakfast matched the room 10/10. I will definitely be back next time I'm working in the area. Thanks for making me feel so welcome.

Lovely apartment, couple of things, no teaspoons and bed in larger room had slats on for the mattress, not secured so gave way. Had to lift them up, quite hard work. Maybe needs securing.xx

Location was fine. No breakfast requested or provided. Beds were comfortable and clean, kitchenette was useful and the ensuite facilities ok (except for the shower).

The promised information sheet in the room was not there, so we did not have access to Wifi. The controls on the shower were obscure, so we could not get hot water and gave up, just had a wash at the basin.

The mattress of the bed weren’t super comfortable : springs! And you can hear the ferry alarm pretty easily so can be a bit noisy between 6:30-21:30

The car park had a bloody tampon and rubbish in it upon arrival, whilst the outside looks nice the inside is drab. The room was ok but dated, the curtains were stained with god knows what, stuffy and noisy, plastic under sheets used, no cot on arrival when confirmed had to ask four times for the cot throughout a 3 hour period. Asked for the bedding to be changed to hypoallergenic as wasn’t stated would be down bedding on website, again asked four times for this to be done and only one of the beds was changed to a single duvet on a double bed. The pool was nice but not policed appropriately as kids were jumping in all pools even the baby pool when family’s were trying to keep their baby’s safe, staff just looked on with no action. Left the property only 3.5hrs after arrival to another hotel, only god send was there was no fight to get a refund.
