The host was excelleant , very friendly and hospitable, he even left milk tea and sugar ! He called to see if everything was ok, very very hospitable.The accommodation was great, very clean and and everything we needed. the beds were clean and comfy. The location was great. not to far from the centre .... one of the best contractors lodgings we have stayed in .

The location is fantastic. Lots of shops including a very large Waitrose near by, and a huge whole foods with takeaway hot food. Made things very easy to get and have all I needed for the stay in an apartment. Lots of great local restaurants and places to appreciate. The tube is super close with padding 7mins away and a direct route to central London.

For a two bed apartment the property is great, perhaps an option to do some laundry but that’s a luxury.

Staff are really friendly and welcoming. Rooms are a good size and breakfast is pretty good. Location isn't close to much, half hour from the excel or 20 minute tube to more lively areas of london. Shower was great

The superior sea view room is absolutely to die for! Facilites in the room were beautiful and up to standard. Everything you need in a hotel room is there. Wonderful!

A bit hot in the morning because of the windows to be propped up to circulate some air. However, fans were provided and it was lovely.

The hotel is in a nice quiet location with stunning scenery. We had a meal overlooking the golf course, which was lovely. The staff were very helpful and polite.

The only downside to our stay was our room could do with updating as the carpet was badly marked and the bathroom had seen better days. We also booked this hotel as it showed two proper chairs in the room, but there was only one when we arrived and asked for another one as both my husband and myself suffer from bad backs.

Liked the lift to the 1st floor, when it was working. The room was well suited for people with mobility issues.

We waited 45 minutes for our breakfast after the fact that We didn’t get approached by staff for 30 minutes. I had to go up twice and they kept saying “please take a seat someone will be with you soon”. It was off putting and frustrating. There was just not enough staff.
