He even followed up days after we left his appartement to be sure we were alright! It felt like being part of a family!

The host rented me a bicycle, which was very useful for cycling to Marina Beach (about 5-7 min), and Bai Chay beach (about 20-25 min). The host was very kind, sociable, and extremely helpful. We had a dinner together, and I learnt many interesting things about Vietnam. She booked for me a place on a bus to Hanoi, which was very convenient because the bus picked me up from the apartment, and drop me off at my destination point in Hanoi.
