This was my first experience with staying in a resort style hotel. I found it very noisy in the dining room and bar with kids running around all over. I appreciated having a quiet room though and a view of the sea.
We was welcomed by several persons. Very warm welcome, they sitted us in lounge and we was served drinks while check in is done. They upgraded our room for same price and we got first night dinner for free. Breakfast and dinner were exeptional with huge choice of food. Resort is nice,unfortunately without interior pool.
The outside area is beautiful and rooms are newly refurbished and sleek. Staff at reception and the dining hall were mainly very kind. If you’re looking for an all inclusive holiday where you don’t need to think, it ticks most boxes. Nice to go off season when the hotel isn’t busy - always space by the pool or beach.
Food is unacceptable, restaurant staff unfriendly, served alcohol especially vines are fake with a nasty taste. My all inclusive I spent in outside restaurants
This resort is fabulous, the service is the best ever, the room super big, food very good, life section in the buffet was perfect, staff are the best, all good and special thanks to Adel and Atef, nice welcoming from all the staff and the general manager, the best customer service in the area, I recommend this place. I will be back soon

Generally a luxury hotel in all aspects . My only negative comment would be that you needed to wear plenty of clothes to stay warm inside the hotel
Close to the beach. There is all inclusive, SPA, kids club, pools outside and inside. Very kind staff.
Ar first we wondered why everybody gives 10 points to this hotel, but after coming we understood that. We really loved stay at the resort. Rooms were modern, beach was wonderful for a walk and peaceful rest, personnel was showing extra care, we didn't see such care in any hotel of Tunisia so far. Thankful for this experience! This hotel definetly worth that and we - latvians give 12 of 10 points. Highly recommended.
If you’re looking for an all-inclusive resort, this is it! There is so much here: pools, beach access, beach bar access (for guests, too!), spa, and many spaces to relax. The room I stayed was really nice and comfortable. Also, every single staff member, especially at the reception (Haykel, Mohamed, Nihel, Issa, etc.), was incredibly helpful and friendly!
