It is located a few hundred meters off the main road so is very quiet. These are a few houses around a swimming pool. There are lots of trees and plants, it is all very green and nice. The swimming pool is also good. The staff is very friendly and helpful with whatever request you might have - including sightseeing tips. The breakfasts are excellent, very interesting local food. The house we had was very good, very clean and well equipped. The bathroom was very big, it was also nice there was a small roofed part outside to leave shoes or things like that. The quality / price ratio was very good, we would definitely return if we are again in the area some time in the future.

Gorgeous balcony looking out across the Mekong River and the hills around. Lovely owners and staff. Free bike to rent and lots of great advice about where to go. Fascinating area.

At the resort, all rooms are equipped with a balcony with a mountain view. The rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. All rooms will provide guests with a fridge. Omg! I love this place. The view of the mountains in the morning is so beautiful. On the map it showed it would take 26 min walking into town but it’s only 4 min because of a bamboo bridge the town has which leads to the night market and all the restaurants and small bars. The location was perfect. Not in town but basically close to it. The free breakfast aka the pancakes were delicious. The only thing was the lack of water pressure for shower but honestly I didn’t even care. I stayed 4 nights. I wish I would spend less time in Chiang Mai and at least another 2 nights in Pai. Also don’t the location doesn’t have air conditioning but don’t let that steer you away because it gets cold at night and they do have fans. I always let the windows and door open. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Wat Nam Hoo is 5.4 km away and Tha Pai Hot Spring is 8.5 km from the resort. Great location, it's close to the walking street but still very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The room size is just perfect. The people there are really nice and helpful. They also prepare great breakfast to start your day. 🙂

You can borrow bicyckles free of charge. Breakfast is exceptionally good, there is a great variety of dishes. If you would like to stay in old city I can highly recommend the place!
