Situated 3 km to The Bridge on the River Kwai, Good Times Resort Kanchanaburi features free Wi-Fi throughout. Boasting an outdoor pool, the resort provides free public parking on site. Everything was great. Very friendly staff, excellent restaurant overlooking the river. The restaurant is highly rated. Excellent food, presentation and service. Beautiful,clean pool area. Great value. Would recommend.

Very beautiful location in the middle of nature with a beautiful view on river and mountains. The breakfast was very good. Pete was at our disposition at all time and helped us to organise our trip. Friendly and obliging staff.

It's outside the Kachanaburi tourist strip (which once you've seen you really don't need to see it again). Can rent a motorbike into town or taxi very cheaply and easily. Lovely, quite garden setting. Food is delicious. Ran by Toi who is a great person to chat to, she has a heart of gold and a great sense of humour. Her staff are delightful. I'll come again!

Situated in Tha Kradan and with Malika R.E.124 The Siamese Living Heritage Town reachable within 41 km, ธารามนตรา รีสอร์ท (Taramontra resort) features a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout... The room is clean and tidy, and the owner is nice and friendly. Should be the best around this area. You can kayaking up and down the river, birds singing along in a peaceful way.

Välibasseini, tasuta privaatse parkimise, aia ja terrassiga La Levée Resort asub Sai Yokis, 24 km kaugusel Hellfire Passi muuseumist. Malika R.E.124 on 36 km kaugusel. We absolutely loved our stay at the fantastic La Levee. From the day we arrived, the staff were fantastic at answering and obliging to any request we had. The setting is breathtaking, perched on the u-bend of the river, overlooking the mountains and the perfect spot to see the sun setting over them. The room was impeccable, a lovely cosy yet spacious cabin with everything you need, and a stunning private balcony (we had river view). We had our 3.5 year old son with us and they set up a decent bed for him on the floor next to us, and there was still room to move around. We loved the swimming pool, very serene and plenty of levels where our son could stand and he loved climbing up onto each of them (with us). The activities were fantastic too, we can’t believe so many were free for the price we paid for the room. The zip line and quad bikes (did with our son) were big highlights for us - we asked the staff to take us on a long route and this was wonderful! The food in the cafe was delicious - we stayed for 3 nights and just about exhausted the menu, everything was very nice but we wouldn’t recommend the local curry as this was more like a watery broth without much flavour. People mention it being an issue that the cafe closed early but this didn’t bother us as we retreated to our room and played cards on the balcony - bliss! Finally, we had the whole resort practically to ourself for 3 nights (1 or 2 couples came and went). We cannot fathom why, this place is absolute heaven and deserves to be full up with customers every night. If you are thinking of booking, please do it, you’ll have the highlight of your trip there!

Plakan Resort asub Kanchanaburis, 3,9 km kaugusel Jeathi sõjamuuseumist. Kohapeal on välibassein, tasuta eraparkla, spordikeskus ja aed. Kohapeal on restoran, ühine puhkeruum ja toateenindus. All excellent finishing material ,wifi etc. Restaurant is also excellent, very fine dining. Location is great.
