It's not far away yet it feels like you are entering a different world. It's quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent and the room was just so comfortable. The bed was soft and fluffy like a big cloud. They left bath bombs for the bath tub (at no extra cost) which was a nice touch!

The experience was excellent, the location of the villa is great and is able to let us walk to several famous temple.

The living conditions are extraordinary, super quiet and clean. The hotel just like a botanical garden. The staff is also super nice! Btw, there is a Michelin restaurant nearby which is awesome!

It was our birthdays and there were many suppried gifts from Cross team. Welcome kits with our name written on chocolate bars. The room was decorated with the birthday and the PRIDE month theme. Birthday cakes when check in, at dinner and aslo at breakfast. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options. Many other wonderful things that I can’t list them all here. We will choose to stay here again when we visit Chiang Mai again.

The breakfast is great, and you can schedule ir, also you can have it to go. The swimming pool is stunning the bathroom were really comfortable as well, and the bed and linens were high quality

The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was wonderful with so many options and the hotel is very clean. This is by far one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in and would recommend any of our family and friends to stay there. The stay is worth every penny.

With it's hotel name translating to 'white swan' the property features different tones of white and genuine teak furnishings throughout. very cozy, garden and swimming pool awesome and beautiful, ambiance with a lot of plants full of peace and very good breakfast, everything was well taking care of and with a lot of detail
