This is our second time here after just one week, and I can confirm our first excellent impression and review. The room this time was smaller (which is not a problem) but very charming, with stained glass windows and equipped with all the comforts. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly, and the location makes this place our go-to spot in Chiang Mai whenever we return. Breakfast is very good. Highly recommended.

The room is amazing and I just wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. I even left my necklace behind and they posted it to me, excellent customer service from staff they were so helpful .

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. Onsen at Moncham is such a beautiful property! Absolutely stunning. There is so much to see and do at the resort. The mountain backdrop is just gorgeous against the Japanese aesthetics.

It’s little bit far away from the centre but you can get there easily by bolt or grab. There is also few nice restaurants around.

Incorporating unique designs with modern and traditional Lanna elements, the 5-storey resort features 30 elegantly designed suites. My wife and I had one of our best hotel stays ever here. The staff go to extra mile to welcome you. The staff are sensitive to your needs and really made this a very memorable stay. Great value. The rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. And the toilets were very elegant. A very strong 5star hotel. A very elegant hotel with lovely nature within it. The breakfast was definitely the best breakfast I've had for a hotel stay. Great variety to choose from. They even served champagne for breakfast. The restaurant staff were very attentive. High-quality breakfast. They even had a duo playing live music one morning. That was really such rarity. The pool was glorious and clean. Nice fluffy towels. I would definitely be back here if I'm in Chiang Mai. This hotel really is a gem. I'd say many 5 star hotels need to learn from this great hotel.

Hongkhao Villa offers a Lanna-style boutique resort located in Chiang Mai, close to the Mae Ping River. With it's hotel name translating to 'white swan' the property features different tones of white and genuine teak furnishings throughout. The staff are just wonderful, friendly, welcoming and helpful. I know the location is not really convenient specifically for us tourist who like to walk to cities and site seeing area or old town but I choose to stay in Hongkhao because i like to go to a place that is calm, you felt relax after all busy day activities, property is spotlessly clean and cozy
