The hotel is simply amazing. One of the best we have been to. Really modern and spacious. With great water pressure, what we really appreciated after Tao Experience. We loved the complementary juice, coffe, coke and sprite that we got in the fridge in our room on the first day and then fresh water refill everyday. We even got a free totem bag with hotel logo. The only downside is that the pool area is a bit to the small side and in a shadow because of being placed between two tall buildings. But some people like my boyfriend like the shadow :) The staff of the hotel is really outstanding, they remembered our names and would great us everyday using our names. They would order us transport to the airport and other beaches and so on and once they even drove to get me a plaster because I had a pretty bad wound on my finger from snorkeling. And let’s not forget their private beach which is AMAZING. Just a true little heaven on earth. Just on the side of the terrible horrific Seven Commandos Beach, which is a part of tour A, where there is like 100 and 100 of tourists. Meanwhile on the Papaya Beach, hotel’s private beach, we were mostly alone. It was heavenly, felt like a paradise on earth and we were drove there and then we took 5-10 minutes boat ride. The breakfast was very good as well, we mainly ate Filipino style breakfast, fruit and cakes, but there was also European/American style breakfast options. And coffee was good as well. And I usually don’t eat breakfasts in the hotels, because they aren’t too good usually. When we left we got some bracelets with Happy Lion logo on it for free and the entire hotel crew was waving us good bye when we were sitting in the taxi. It was very relaxing. Not to mention that it is really in the center of El Nido town and close to meeting points for boat tours, like 5-10 minutes walking. Pro tip if you are in the area I recommend eating at the Food Truck Philippines- very good Asian food and good prices.

Situated in El Nido, 1.3 km from Marimegmeg Beach, RC Villas and Resorts features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. This 3-star resort features free WiFi and a bar. Guests can enjoy sea views. Staff were above and beyond great! Food was lovely, pool had superb views, management helped out whenever they could for bookings etc. Room had a fabulous view. Excellent transport offered from management. The host was excellent.

Last Frontier Beach Resort-Adults Only is a beachfront property set in El Nido, located within 8 km from Big Lagoon and 9 km from Small Lagoon. The resort boasts of an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant with views of the sea. The location was good for accessing different parts of the El Nido area. The hotel has a small number of villas and about 4 rooms in the villa. The villas had nicer verandas with hoses to rinse your feet that the standard room did not have. Therefore it’s never going to be crowded with people. The hotel restaurant provided free a la carte breakfast each morning with fresh juice and tea or coffee which was good. The seating area near the beach had comfortable chairs. The rooms were large and comfortable. The bathroom was rustic (indoor/outdoor feel) but had modern fixtures and lots of space. the minibar was well stocked and very affordable. The staff were all very friendly and brought fresh aloe for a sunburn and arranged a taxi for us to the airport, saving us money when they asked if it was okay if we share with another guest who had the same flight. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff helped arrange our tours on the water, as well as scooter rental, and even our transfer to the airport.

The food menu was extensive and the quality was outstanding. The dive master was very professional and the diving experience spectacular.

All rooms have sea views and a seating area where you can relax. This was the biggest surprise and the best resort I had ever stayed in my life. I choose a little higher in price as for my last day trip to Philippines and I can not describe in words what I felt as soon as I reached the property. Everyone was by the beach waiting for me as if I was family and all the service going on during my stay was exceptional. No words to describe the feeling! I can write a lot about the beauty of the place, the clear crystal water of the sea and everything else, but no words will define the proper beauty of it. For me it felt like my home away from home, like I belonged to that place, and it is all because of the staff, Herwin or Gigi as I prefer better and everyone else, I am very happy I choose to end my celebration of my birthday at your place, I loved every second, I still feel like I can cry from the emotions. Everyone should experience such a great place, spoil yourself, it is worth any penny. I hope I can see sometime soon all of you. Thank you for making my stay the best part of my travel!

DK2 Resort - Hidden Natural Beach Spot - Direct Tours & Fast Internet features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in El Nido. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. EVERYTHING! The bungalows are so beautiful, extra clean, completely new and the Matratze a proper western standard. You see and hear the ocean and palms from the window and nothing else. The bathroom is another highlight, with an open sky, completely new and again super clean facilities with hot water. This place was really a game changer in my travels, if you want a great deal and not pay the price of a resort! The small beach with just a couple of neighbors feel like paradise. The palms save you from too much sun through the day, but allow you beautiful sunset views. The water is Saphire blue. The family is so welcoming and nice, speaks perfect English and Spanish. Since they as Filipinos but lived in Europe for a long time. The food they cook is incredible, very delicious with the fresh fish and vegetables. Finally alternatives too rice and egg 😅 I was meant to stay only one night as our doing a road trip but I ended up staying another night as it was so beautiful. Even though I should’ve stayed one week.I also did the private island hopping tour with fisherman, which was just a fantastic experience, away from all the tourists. Arriving there is a little bit difficult as the road is bumpy, but renting your own car or bike in Philippines is very easy.but otherwise just contact the family and they will happily organize it cheap pick up for you, as it is very normal that guest houses to offer this service for some little extra money.
