Outstanding service, friendly and helpful staff. Great location.
A great stay with outstanding service by the staff. Not luxury but everything was very comfortable, comfy beds, good heating, hot showers, plus lots of little extras like free tea, filtered water, a sunny garden to relax in and the best hotel breakfast we’ve had in Latin America. Highly recommend.
Perfect BnB to stay in before and after our Inca trail trek. The showers were incredible and especially needed afterwards! Staff were always friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with a view of the sunrise over the mountains. A lovely balance of luxury and local, rustic charm. Hot drinks available at all times, stored our luggage whilst we were gone and had it ready in our room when we returned - a very welcome surprise for our tired legs!
Spacious, clean good value for money and incredibly kind owner. It was a luxury to have my own double room with private en-suite at such an affordable price. Brandon was so welcoming and helpful and I felt very safe staying here. The room was also immaculately clean, bed warm and comfortable. The cooking facilities also looked good and clean, although I didn’t use these during my stay. Also it was easy to meet other travellers here.
We ended up being in a deluxe family room which was amazing - huge comfy bed, smart TV and lots of space. The hotel felt luxury and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in Peru (buffet with four additional cooked options to choose from).
Incredible history of the building spanning several civilisations. Extreme luxury embedded into history.
The best hotel in Cusco, is hands down, Antigua Casona. It is situated in the best area of Cusco, in the amazing old town centre, near to great spots for enjoying Peruvian cuisine. The hotel itself offers great dining opportunities in its lovely restaurant. Staff was amazing but what really blew our minds was the rooms, that offered luxury and modern notes while keeping the Peruvian style at its best. Great job, its not by luck the most wanted hotel in the area.
Very attentive staff and some luxury. Clean and comfortable. Able to leave luggage in storage there while went on trekking trip.
The resort itself is very interesting and welcoming, the staff very well trained Special mention to Yolanda and Elvis who looked after us specially well during breakfast and dinner.
