It is a 5-minute drive to central Queenstown. I loved everything about this property excellent service from every person I dealt with, spacious cozy rooms, wonderful views, in a quiet area of Queenstown, they have a complimentary transfer service to and from the town so no need to worry about transportation or parking. Highly recommend.

Guests can enjoy the onsite bar and restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Amazing rooms with the building being so close to the water. Very clean and the restaurant is just next to the rooms.

The onsite South Eatery Restaurant offers local produce and wines with a stunning atrium and panoramic views. This hotel is the ideal place to stay not only for the fabulous view which you can enjoy from all the restaurants, terrace and certain rooms but also for its service, the friendliness of the staff and the restaurant. The room was big and clean. The breakfast buffet had a nice choice. Geographically it is slightly away from the centre (=20 minutes walk steep downhill and then beautiful promenade along the lake, there would be buses too) which is nice if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the town.

Facilities include a cafe and bar, plus satellite TV in all rooms. This hotel was a gem. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Our room was large, well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The laundry room was clean and always available, the pool and hot tub were very nice, and the hotel bar, happy hour and menu were great. Even with everything being so nice I would have to say the staff made our visit. They were helpful, accommodating and went out of their way to make sure our stay had everything we needed. We stayed there for three weeks and are already looking forward to going back. The location is ideal. Short walk to town but in a quiet setting.
