At the resort, all rooms come with a wardrobe, bed linen and a balcony with a mountain view. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. The units at Sorrisniva Arctic Wilderness Lodge come with a seating area. We liked everything. Special thanks to Nikolas and Åre Marie, you are the best ! The hotel was so nice and the place is perfect.
Fjordgård

The personal atmosphere, the lovely room , the entire atmosphere together with the restaurant, and setting. Bovan was exceptionally friendly, kind and helpful.

Staff were very accommodating and allowed late check in after calling to explain expected late arrival. The living area was lovely and breakfast very nice.
Silsand
The resort is equipped with a seating area, a TV with cable channels, a kitchen, a dining area and a private bathroom with free toiletries, a bath and a shower. All rooms come with a coffee machine, while some have a patio. The units will provide guests with a desk and a kettle. We booked the hut. The view is awesome and we can see the aurora from our hut. The aurora was dancing in the sky non stop from 11pm till 3am! The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Mestervik
Malangen Resort offers rooms with fjord views and self-catering cottages and apartments with a seating area and a bathroom with shower. Bookable leisure facilities include a outdoor hot tub and a sauna. If lucky, guests can watch the Northern Lights from this property. The Location is amazing, we were waking up at 2:00 and we saw the auroras from the hotel during 2 Hours, no need to pay for a tour. We were so lucky and we saw the Auroras each night.

Location is exceptional, a unique luxury arctic circle experience
Amazing place, wonderfull nature. Perfect resort if you love silence and peace. Nice wooden sauna on the yard what you can use for free. Cabin was modern and clean with seaviw. Location was only 13 kilometres from shops and restaurants In case that you need them.
The setting was fabulous. The host Lars was warm and exceptionally helpful. The dinner and drinks were great, as was the breakfast. Everything was a very good value. The outdoor hot tub under the northern lights was epic. And the design of the property was stunning, including the main resturaunt venue, with nearly 360 degree views of the fjord, mountains, etc. The first image is from a nearby mountain, the rest are right at the Arctic Centre Resort.
Included breakfast and dinner were excellent and served in beautiful areas. Staying in the Snowhotel was fun and with the sleeping bag I was not cold. We stayed one night in the snowhotel and one in the cabin. Both were well designed. Staff is outstanding and friendly. Offered activities were fun and explanation of how to sleep in snow room helpful. I felt like I was in a 5 star resort with the friendly staff and service. My high expectations were exceeded.
The room was absolutely amazing, big enough, incredible view, comfortable, clean. All of the activities offered by the resort were great. The whole area is stunning and it’s the greatest pleasure walking around. The husky sledding in particular is an awesome experience in some beautiful landscapes and the dogs are really well taken care of and loved.
We LOVED the lodge area and how homey it was! You take your shoes off at the door and just get comfy cozy in the quaint space where you can see the water across the way. Then there’s an upstairs lounge where you can bring the most AMAZING carrot cake up there and just read or do work or whatever while you overlook the water and mountains. It’s quite majestic and charming. Then on our final night to commemorate the whole trip, the northern lights appeared for us right at the resort! Our stay here was remarkable and magical.
if you are looking for luxury and hotel of a very high standart it is not a place for you, but if you want to stay in a nice place, with people from all around the world, for very, very reasonable money and in quiet and peaceful localisation not far from the centre of Tromso, within walking distance to all tourist attractions - it is a place for you. Kitchen is well equiped, bathrooms are OK, quite good communication with the host - definitely if I come to Tromso again I will stay again in this place
Nice comfortable rooms and living room. Well equipped kitchen. We saw the Aurora from the resort grounds. Its a huge resort, they offer a lot of activities. We had a fantastic dog sledding experience, most thrilling of our lives. The guide is a world champion in dog sledding and he accommodated our 3 year old child although this activity is usually not for little children.
Visited early Oct 23. Amazing luxury riverside location with contemporary stylish rooms and spaces. Fabulous tasting menu - serious hats off to the chefs!! Staff very friendly and helpful, especially re knowledge of northern lights and when to see them / what to look for. Will definitely be back, hopefully soon!
