The rooms at the accommodation have air conditioning and a wardrobe. Amazing homestay to stay just next to turtle sanctuary. The rooms are very big and clean. The breakfast is very rich and diverse and is served on the private balcony. They also organized a fairly priced Tuktuk for us and made sure we could get some lunch (as all the restaurants were closed). Can highly recommend.

We stayed for 4 nights in November 2022 and it was truly an amazing stay. Our room was facing the beautiful rough sea. We enjoyed the waves, they seem strong but it is actually safe to swim, it’s very shallow. There are delicious breakfast and dinners served at the cafe and you can order drinks and snacks throughout a day. Few things to note: - The place has just reopened after being closed for a couple of years. Some rooms are still getting their makeover. - The staff are all new and still learning their way around. The owner provides great guidance and is there if you have any questions that staff cannot answer. Please be patient with them. - This hotel is a home to three local dogs who are the friendliest creatures ever. They will often come to the guest for cuddles or just sleep in the shades under trees.

He cooked us the fish we caught on the lagoon. He told us when to go to the nearby beach to see turtles. Huge and very clean room, bathroom and terrace. Delicious food. A beautiful garden. I strongly recommend.

The property is around 1.7 km from Unakuruwa Beach, 1.8 km from Red Beach and 10 km from Hummanaya Blow Hole. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. Quiet well-located oasis close to three excellent beaches, all reachable on foot. Friendly helpful owner explained how to get to them as well as organized a car/drive for our next destination. A/C worked very well and there was a nice drying rack for clothes, something you really need when in a beach town. Breakfast was excellent and changed daily, nice when you are there for three days.

The hotel has a fantastic view of the ocean. The beach is incredibly beautiful, a long stretch of sand, bordered by greenery. Hardly any resorts, only a handful of small ones, not really visible from the beach. You have it basically to yourself. The food was very good, the staff ever so attentive. We enjoyed the big swimming pool, the calmness of the location, and liked the design of the hotel. We fully recommend this property.

Given the location and set up, as expected we had some creatures in our room, but these were harmless and didn’t really bother us- take your insect repellent and use the provided mosquito net to sleep comfortably :) Hosts are incredibly welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend this place!
