Also elephants roaming through the resort / around the lake. Staff were really helpful.

The rooms at the accommodation have air conditioning and a wardrobe. Very friendly host, very quiet, away from massive tourism, cozy and clean. Nice interior in the room, small but also nice outside territory of the hotel. 3-4 minutes walk from the beach. Beach is almost empty (no people). It’s cool to have long walks on it. Breakfasts are nice, brought to you right to the table on your personal terrace. Lunches and dinners can be provided at the few nearby restaurants, which were also very nice and cozy. You can also visit turtles every evening around 8:30 PM, the host can kindly help you arrange it.

We stayed for 4 nights in November 2022 and it was truly an amazing stay. Our room was facing the beautiful rough sea. We enjoyed the waves, they seem strong but it is actually safe to swim, it’s very shallow. There are delicious breakfast and dinners served at the cafe and you can order drinks and snacks throughout a day. Few things to note: - The place has just reopened after being closed for a couple of years. Some rooms are still getting their makeover. - The staff are all new and still learning their way around. The owner provides great guidance and is there if you have any questions that staff cannot answer. Please be patient with them. - This hotel is a home to three local dogs who are the friendliest creatures ever. They will often come to the guest for cuddles or just sleep in the shades under trees.

He cooked us the fish we caught on the lagoon. He told us when to go to the nearby beach to see turtles. Huge and very clean room, bathroom and terrace. Delicious food. A beautiful garden. I strongly recommend.

The property is around 1.7 km from Unakuruwa Beach, 1.8 km from Red Beach and 10 km from Hummanaya Blow Hole. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. Quiet well-located oasis close to three excellent beaches, all reachable on foot. Friendly helpful owner explained how to get to them as well as organized a car/drive for our next destination. A/C worked very well and there was a nice drying rack for clothes, something you really need when in a beach town. Breakfast was excellent and changed daily, nice when you are there for three days.

It offers free WiFi and private parking are accessible on site.All View Guest house is just a 5-minute walk from the beachfront and is a 8 minute drive from the centre of Tangalle. Staying here was one of the best decisions I made on my Sri Lanka trip. Priyanthi went above and beyond to help me plan my days in Tangalle (scooter hire, tuk tuk help, turtle viewing), and cooked some of the best food I've had so far in Sri Lanka - all from scratch. Breakfast and dinner were both exceptional. The room was clean, bed comfortable and supportive, and general vibe very relaxed. I suggest other travellers choose All Views - Rekawa Beach is very chilled (Tangalle is much more "touristy"), the hotel itself is great, and Priyanthi brings everything together. I would love to come back.

The hotel has a fantastic view of the ocean. The beach is incredibly beautiful, a long stretch of sand, bordered by greenery. Hardly any resorts, only a handful of small ones, not really visible from the beach. You have it basically to yourself. The food was very good, the staff ever so attentive. We enjoyed the big swimming pool, the calmness of the location, and liked the design of the hotel. We fully recommend this property.

We had a amazing time at lakeside cabana, father gave us coconut on the arrival and it was delicious. Rooms are very comfirtable and clean, view is marvelous, they have nice hammocks to sleep or reading a book in fron of the lake, very quite, they orgernised a private Safari with indu and Jay Jay it was super great, we saw leopards 3 times and lot of elephants, time we was there is little rainy and it was not a problem for US. Finally they orgernised a nice car to go weligama and price is very comfirtable. It was a nice Stay.
