Set in Wadi Musa, in a building dating from the 1800s, The Old Village Hotel & Resort offers an outdoor swimming pool and guestrooms with free WiFi. Room facility was excellent, breakfast was good. The view from the room was magnificent.

We felt at home! The staff here are absolutely amazing especially Atala. He showed us around Little Petra before we left and he offered to spend the whole day with us free of charge. He also gave each of us special gifts. If you want to experience authentic Bedouin hospitality, this is the place to be. We lit a small fireplace at night and were sitting under the stars chatting. Atala did all the he can to make sure we have a great experience. He also called multiple friends to use as translators for the French Tourists that were staying with us. The rooms are all air-conditioned which made our experience very comfortable. I highly recommend this place for the staff and for the Bedouin experience. Also this is the most reasonable campsite that we found around Petra.

Though there isn’t much to do at the property they serve you a chocolate bar in the evening and can arrange for a message nearby and also have a heated pool so those are nice touches.

Gististaðurinn er í At-Tafilah, 46 km frá Karak-kastalanum, Sail Alhasa Tourist Resort-Tafila býður upp á gistingu með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, sameiginlegri setustofu og verönd. I like the place, especially the hot water swimming pool.
