This was due to cultural differences. Comfortable, clean, central. What more could you want. If you like your cup of tea. Take your own tea bags and travelling kettle. You wont find one anywhere in the town. Coffee culture is big time. We were treated very well.

The communication through Whatsapp was friendly, accurate and informative. The accommodation was perfect. Clean, homely and well decorated. All facilities were there and more. A washing machine and outdoor shower and a bbq. The view on the sea and the mountains is beautifull. Book this accommodation before someone else does!

Location is fantastic just in front of the private beach. The staff is very friendly. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Swimming pools are well maintained. Very cute decor all over the resort Breakfast was good! They arranged a boat trip for us to the gulf of orosei which was the highlight of our Sardinia trip.
The resort was very quiet and relaxing at the beginning of May. However, this was due to the fact that there were many motorcyclists and no families with children. Highly recommended for the low season. The staff were super friendly and caring.
Small boutique hotel in a great location, close to Cagliari centre and a short 3 minute walk to Ristorante Dal Pittore (highly recommended dining experience). Luxury furnishings in rooms, foyer, bar and breakfast rooms. Hotel assistant 24hrs a day. Plentiful breakfast with many options.
We had such a wonderful stay. The lovely host gave us lots of advice on what to see and do and is genuinely excited about foreigners getting to know his city. We got amazing breakfast brought to the room each morning, with freshly baked pancakes, cake, cappuccino, fresh fruit, etc. We had the 3 people suite, a very clean and bright room with a luxury bathroom with a big bathtub/jacuzzi and big shower with great water pressure. The location is very convenient, central but quiet. Can only recommend this place!
Everything was a 10. The place is a piece of art, clean, spacious and so stylish with the best bed. It feels like a luxury Airbnb home. Very nice place to stay in the center of Cagliari. Nero Suites are in fact a whole floor in the building, the 4th. It has a reception during daytime. The apartments are luxury and comfy. Very clean space. Good quality breakfast with excellent coffee. The area is safe. Would go back there.
The apartment and terrace were really spacious, looking out over a very well maintained garden with swimming pool in the middle. A bit of a golf resort vibe. All the washing machines were there: dishwasher in the apartment, and free-to-use washing machine in a shared room. Opening hours of the pool were good.
Lovely facilities. Luxurious. Yoga was nice and the food was great in comparison to many all-inclusive/half-board resorts.
We really enjoyed our stay at this charming B & B. The host and his staff could not be more helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious and the interior decoration fresh and bright. This is a Lido beach resort with an excellent bus service into the town. We will return for sure.
Location - good to explore the beautiful beaches nearby. Attention to kids: plenty of activities, amenities specific to them, ... It is really a family resort. Good sized and confortable rooms The resort is beautiful, very well taken care of (pools, gardens, spa) and quiet. The beach is nice and with all the conditions to have a good time. At short driving distances from the hotel, there are more paradisiac ones.
