This is the best vacation my parents and I among the several we took in the last 5 years. The resort has a rustic charm to it, the grounds and room are well maintained. You get to see deers, wild boars and langur monkeys within the property. Tracy and Gibran helped us with all our trip planning and any special requests we had for our elderly parents during our stay. All the support staff were amazing and helpful in every way. Thank you Jungle Hut for the wonderful memories, will definitely visit again.

Chidambaram Villas - A Luxury Heritage Resort is located in Chettinad, within 5 km from Thirumayam Fort and Thirumayam Railway Station. Providing free parking, it also has an outdoor pool and a 24-hour front desk. Hidden gem, excellent place to unwind and experience the culture of chettinad. The staff were fantastic (esp. F&B manager and frront office staff). Authentic chettinad feast with great hospitality. Though a bit expensive, worth every penny. Loved the house tour and the village walk.
