We received a warm welcome when checking in and then were shown to our room. We had a second-floor room with a nice view of the garden. We could watch the birds in the trees and the staff care for the beautiful gardens from a large balcony. It was a great place to relax. The room itself was large and had modern facilities to turn electrics on and off. That might not be everyone's cup of tea. The bathroom was very nice. And we were also happy to have been supplied with bottled water.
The meals at the restaurant were fantastic. There are not a lot of other options available in the area. The staff were fantastic in the restaurant. It was nice to have staff come and talk to us, including the chef.
The place definitely had a resort feel. The pool was great and the staff tried to put on different events at night to keep everyone entertained. The beach is close by, though, our choice was to use the beautiful resort pool and enjoy sunsets from the beach.

The main thing is that we enjoyed the core swimming pool. The hosts are extremely nice, and what a delicious breakfast! While returning to Cochin, we really forgot the stress and refreshed. The environment was awesome. Special kudos for being a pet-friendly place. a neat and clean environment. I must say I will definitely come back with my family again.

The unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the resort's serene ambiance and warm hospitality. Overall, my stay at Eden Beach Resort was thoroughly enjoyable. The combination of a beautiful location, excellent facilities, and top-notch service made it a perfect choice for a relaxing holiday.
Amazing Breakfast Options with plenty of varities and tasty. Pool View Room Free upgrade by the receptionist was a suprise. Staff are so freindly & Honest. Bed was compfortable.. Balcony was big enough. Toilets are clean. Rain Shower was Good. Room Service Food in the afternoon was excellent. Outdoor areas are well decorated with Greenery. Must try Boat rides starting from the resort to have a beautiful view of Back Waters. Wifi was good. Overall stay was very good.
Nice, fairly new resort with spacious rooms. Spa treatments and facilities were great. Cleaning of the rooms were done well with hard working staff although slow. Food at the Great Kebab Factory restaurant was good as well and outstanding service by staff especially Sudipta and Harish.

Firstly the booking process itself was very easy. Then the rooms were quite comfortable for family stay. Location of the Resort close the beach.... Finally and most importantly, honesty and sincerity of the staff - I forgot one of my smaller luggage bags on checkout, finally realised on arrival in Chennai. It has been an absolute treat to stay at mermaid island beach resort , as truly says it's the location which no other resort can match and rooms especially the sea facing balcony gives you a feeling you are in ship . We had a great time staying here , but they need to improve there food , breakfast quality was very good but the food on order was below average .
