All staff are lovely and we felt very welcomed at all times. Even traveling with elders and young toddler - staff are attentive and helpful. The facilities are great. My 3 year old daughter enjoyed the kids playground/jumping castle area. We had a buffet dinner there as well. The food was amazing and even lots of options for my in laws who are vegetarian. The breakfast doesn't have as many options but still pretty good. Overall experience is good.
