The room is big and as mentioned light. The bed was one of the best I slept on for a while. Food even delivered to the room if wanted, but also there is a big dining hall. The dining hall catches a little wind which is nice when it's hot. The staff is great and didn't hesitate to help me out with a ride to town. I want to thank them for their welcoming and friendly attitude. A place to come back to.

At the accommodation, the rooms are equipped with a seating area. We had a great two night stay! The room was spacious and the AC worked great. The staff were so kind and helpful. The food was delicious (we liked the curry best) and very reasonably priced. We also signed up for a one day tour with them and we had a great day with 5 orangutan sightings led by our guides Jojo and Aldi. One evening some local guys came by to hang out and play some music. It was great singing along and getting to know the people of Bukit Lawang! It was also great that this didn’t go on late into the night and we still went to bed at a very reasonable time.

Staff are super friendly and helpful (kudos to boru Juntak and her colleagues) My mom lost her sunglasses, and it had been gone for a day or so, but the staff was striving to find the sunglasses, and they found it! The breakfast could be better, for lunch and dinner we had to rely on the hotel, menu to be paid at the restaurant is fine. Overall great!
