But the best thing about PinkCoco in my opinion is the service. All the time you feel very welcomed and very cared about. The whole team is friendly, kind and responsive. Room service is twice a day and in the evening they bring you cookies. While you’re hanging next to the pool, you constantly get served with small yummy treats. It’s the best sunset point in the island. And I need to mention, that I rented PinkBoat and my experience was stunning. Very friendly team, I had lots of fun snorkeling with turtles! The view from the hotel is nothing short of breathtaking. Waking up to such a stunning vista was a true highlight of my stay. Speaking of the staff, their service was top-notch. The team was incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with a warm and friendly demeanor. AZIZ and Nanas were absolute stars, caring and attentive for anything I needed during my stay. The entire team organised surprise for my birthday, I felt absolutely amazing. One of the best things about this place is its tranquility and peace. It's the ideal location for a mental and physical reset. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I had the opportunity to experience one of the spa treatments, and it was absolutely amazing. However, it was so popular that I couldn't secure another appointment during my stay. Perhaps the hotel could consider hiring more spa staff or even offering room service massages to accommodate more guests. Don't miss the sunset at the main pool – it's truly a breathtaking sight. The live band added a fantastic ambiance to the evening, making it even more memorable. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a remarkable experience, and I can't wait to return.

Guest rooms at the accommodation include air conditioning and a wardrobe. I liked EVERYTHING! The breathtaking location, the unique bungalows, and the super friendly and accommodating staff. If I ever come back to Lombok I will be staying there again, hands down. The interior is gorgeous, free from clutter, with thoughtful touches and everything you might need/ask for. The staff is highly attentive, friendly, and great to interact with! I had initially planned to stay for four days but extended for a week as this place exceeded my expectations. As I was going to spend a week working, I wanted a comfortable home with a table and a great view in a fantastic location. The Internet is through 4G, and Danica gave me a wifi router to put into my room that served me well for my calls.

The staff work incredibly hard (and long hours..) to make sure everything about your stay is comfortable and relaxing. It’s luxury but also homely. It’s the perfect mix of service without being intrusive. Cozy beds, lovely shower, perfect breakfast (without being totally over the top making you uncomfortably full like some a la carte hotels in the region..). Sipping cocktails by the beach or by the pool, with no agenda - fantastic! You really can’t go wrong with this hotel at this price point. The restaurant is really good and you can eat by the sea with the waves right there, or there’s a great Italian a 2 minute walk away. You can snorkel about a 10 minute walk down the beach at high tide. We also booked a snorkel trip and had massages as well (you need to book both of these the day before). We didn’t use the free kayaks/paddle boards, and we didn’t dive but if the hotel doesn’t do this there was diving advertised in the hotels next door. The hotel were great at communicating before our arrival. Best days to travel from Bali via boat using the only boat company going to nearby Gili Gede (Gili Getaway company) are Monday, Wednesday and Friday (Friday departs a little early though!). Return to Bali via boat is every day apart from Sunday. You can also organise a taxi with the hotel to Lombok airport and fly back to Bali.
