The staff were amazing, always very welcoming and very helpful and cheery and knew us by name. Check in isn't until 3pm but we were there before 2 and the staff were very kind to allow us to check in early. The food in the restaurant is some of the best food we had in Bali . The pool is very relaxing and beautiful, the breakfast is very delicious and filling and there's a great variety. The view from the room was insanely gorgeous and being able to see the sunrise every morning from our balcony was just spectacular. The room and bathroom were very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The resort is kind of in the middle of nowhere but that's what we wanted and it's the perfect escape away from the busy city.

All rooms at the resort are fitted with a seating area. Some rooms also boast a kitchen with a fridge, a minibar and a toaster. At Sumberkima Hill Retreat 2 the rooms are fitted with bed linen and towels. Amazing staff. Great food. Beautiful rooms and comfy beds.

My boyfriend and I wanted to find somewhere to stay for our 2 week holiday whilst we explored this side of Bali and was SO pleased we stayed here. The resort was beautiful, the chefs cooking was incredible and the staff that looked after you were AMAZING. Sam and I would like to say a special thank you to Ayu, Sorni and Rico for looking after us and everyone else always greeting us with smiles and warmth. The resort manager Marcella helped us with scuba diving which you can do off the beach directly from the resort. Plus she helped us get a taxi driver to the resort when we landed at Bali airport at quite an unsociable time (1am). This was a HUGE help, thank you! I cannot recommend enough, this resort is a must. Look no further, please stay here!

We took advantage of the on-site dive shop and went snorkeling; the best underwater experience I've had. My husband went diving and was gobsmacked by his experience with the staff and what he saw... the best dive he's ever done.

The staff was great Uchi and Wayana at the spa were amazing all the spa treatments are great! The house was beautiful and peaceful I will tell everyone about this place in Lovina !
