Customer service was 5*, small issue when we arrived was resolved quickly and goodwill gesture offered. Lovely resort, lodge was amazing with hot bath outside. Exceptional scenic views. Would definitely return.

Perfect seafront location, with an idyllic view from the garden, looking over to the Holy Isle. It's situated just off the main road, so no traffic noise, but not too far from Lamlash facilities. The sleep huts are perfectly adequate and comfortable, and the cookhouse has everything required to store/prepare food. If you're having an adventure holiday on Arran, and you don't need 'resort' type facilities, I would recommend the Arran Lodge as a base.

The resort was great and the facilities were excellent, staff were really friendly and there was a lot to do. The food and drink choices within the resort are also very good with a nice selection on offer.

the views from the property were top class. when staying in spa resort you had access to the leisure facilities which was an added bonus. everything was clean and tidy and any staff I came across were 10/10

Staff very friendly and helpful. Arran and the resort were fantastic.

We liked the size of the room, and that there was a couch. We think the resort may be nice for people traveling with kids, but would not recommend it to other couples.

The service was above and beyond and in my view the best thing about Auchrannie. Although the facilities are fab, the food is tasty and rooms are nice - with brilliant showers! It's the staff who define the luxury factor of this resort.
