Unfortunately did not see auroras but of course not in their power to control that. The room was very comfortable and we did not miss a TV as the view was all that we needed! Breakfast and dinner were great and dinner options were changing night to nigh The staff was very international and friendly

Reindeer Manor s is located at an old reindeer farm in the vicinity of Levi Resort. Guests can enjoy traditional Lappish delicacies in the on-site restaurant, which is open from November to March. Free WiFi and parking are available. It was very clean and cozy. We stayed only one night, and that’s just what you need.

Located within Santa Claus Village, Glass Resort is set in Rovaniemi. All apartments comes with floor-to-ceiling windows, sauna and a private outdoor hot tub. Santa Claus' Office is just a few minutes by foot. the facility , outdoor private jacuzzi is amazing

The nearest airport is Ivalo Airport, 13 km from the resort. magical views to sleep under nice variety of food both for breakfast and dinner (and delicious) staff was very nice and helpful with everything activities: wooden sauna and ice swimming was incredible (must try!!) and so was feeding the reindeer! all in all, a magical experience that we hope to repeat soon

Free parking is available. The atmosphere was magical, the staff were all so helpful and friendly, and the food was delicious. The booking process of all the activities was very smooth. I also like that they lend us free winter gear for the duration of our stay.

Set on a private beach area of Lake Iso-Vietonen, these cottages are within 50 minutes’ drive of Rovaniemi and Pello. Each features a private sauna, free WiFi and lake-view terrace.

The closest supermarket is in 40 km away. Guests can enjoy fishing and hiking in the scenic surroundings. A frisbee golf course is available during summer. An absolutely amazing place! We loved every minute of our stay. Feeding the reindeer & playing in the snow were the highlights for the children. The wood-fired hot tub was awesome too!

A fully equipped kitchen, dining area and flat-screen TV are featured in each Ranua Resort Holiday Villas apartment. All provide a fireplace, drying cabinet and 2 bathrooms. Some units also have a washing machine. We wanted to visit Ranua wildlife park to see Finnish animals and found it very easy to book an overnight stay in Villa Gulo Gulo. This included a free buffet breakfast as well as access to the wildlife park for 2 consecutive days for the price of one. We went on the afternoon on day of arrival and again the next morning, and saw all the animals over the two days. We stayed in Ahma which was perfect for a family of 5, and had excellent facilities, including a nice sauna, wood-fired heater and particularly nice lighting. We also booked an experience via Villa Gulo Gulo and went on an Aurora hunt by snowmobile at night. The warm clothing provided is a must as the temperatures are well below freezing and the wind chill factor is significant. Our Spanish tour guide was friendly and informative and we enjoyed hot Glögi and toasted marshmallows by a fire in the wilderness. Seeing the snow-laden trees at night was a special experience and this tour exceeded our expectations, even though we did not see the Aurora on the tour (due to cloudy weather). We would highly recommend staying at Villa Gulo Gulo with a family.
