We booked this hotel without any research and it ended up being one of the best we had in our trips. Also good for families with kids.

Lots of buses for 1.1 euro with Numero Uno to the buzzy fishing community of Bonanza, the wet land birdlife around the salt pans, and on to the national park of Doñana. Friendly hosts and nearby the lovely Mercedes who sorted out keys, parking and domestic details in minutes with a smile. A well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi.

The nearest airport is Gibraltar International Airport, 16 km from the accommodation. On arrival the views were like no other we have ever seen in Alcaidesa! The apartment has been furnished beautifully and it was super comfortable. It is situated in a really safe and friendly complex overlooking the golf course. It’s perfect for a family holiday or those who are looking for a relaxing and luxurious golf trip! Great communication and help from the owner Christophe prior to, during and after our stay. Mario who greeted us on arrival was most helpful and friendly.

Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. It’s perfect, 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa-bed in the living room. Has 2 big balconies and parking spot. Well decorated and looks quite new. Raquel was very nice and helpful, easy communication.

Located in Los Caños de Meca, it is a 15-minute walk to the beach and Trafalgar Lighthouse. With easy access to the A-48 Motorway, Cadiz is 65 km away. Nice place with beautiful plants all over. That botanic garden guarantees autonomy and intimacy from other bunglows. Bungalow size good enough for 2 persons. Bed was comfortable and hammack perfect for slow, lazy afternoons and evenings. Nice staff.
